I arrived to find the lobby full. Three front desk employees were trying to check in a group of 10. Rather than designate 2 for that, and another for other guests, all three focused only on the group, making a handful of us wait about 35 minutes. I went to pay with my American Express card. They told me they don't accept AMEX even though they say they do on ***********. Elevator broke on the way to my floor and I was stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes before staff were able to get me out. Asked for a quiet room, but they put me in front of a construction site and was woken up at 6 am. When I went to check out, the elevator was still broken 12 hours later and I had to take all of my bags down five flights of stairs with no assistance from the hotel, as the phone in my room did not work and I was unable to call for help. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 7 but when I arrived (with limited time) at 7:15, nothing had been set up. This was a total disaster. And, not once, did any staff member apologize or make any effort to empathize.
