One of the worst experiences, 2 adults and a baby! Arriving at the hotel, actually looks nice from the outside and with nice location close to Bol center. When we receive our room, we quickly realize that this hotel needs a serious make-over (everything looks from the ‘’90-99’’), as we are only staying there for 2 nights, we try to make the best of it. We discover that our AC is not working properly, not only is it noisy and 20 years old, but it’s also not cooling properly and of course we told the hotel about this. When we return in the evening and the little one needs to sleep, and the AC still can’t cool down our hotel room (Max. all day). It's actually colder outside (this day it was 37/31) When I approach the reception, an older gentleman who actually owns the hotel he tells me. Here's where the problem starts, as he gets angry and aggressive when we complain about something that SHOULD work in a hotel! He refuses to believe this and runs up to the room even though I tell him that I go in first when the wife is trying to put the little one to bed, but here he gets more angry. He shouts in the room that it works if you put your head all the way to the AC. It all ends with him going into a rage and shouting, that we have to find another hotel and we did! (If you work in a service business he will gets 0/10) We ended up switching to Boutique Hotel Bol (Same price 10x better)
