這個酒店是我意大利15天自由行裏最喜歡的酒店，在這裏住了三天，我很喜歡博爾扎諾，向各位推薦這個酒店，它有種徳式嚴謹管理和細緻服務，洗護所用的產品和早餐食材使用的果醬和各種麥片好像是一個農場系列的產品。總之很不錯。

We stayed three nights at this lovely hotel and really enjoyed it. It is centrally located in the town with paid parking provided. The rooms are very clean and well laid out - with excellent climate control. Breakfast was included and a really good spread. The staff were just fantastic, you could tell it was family run and they were proud of it. We recommend it and would not hesitate to go back.

The best hotel experience that I’ve ever had from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Never had such personalized service. A staff member escorted me to the room and explained how everything worked and where everything was at. Same with the parking garage. Hotel and room was spotless and the breakfast was exceptional! This is one hotel you won’t want to miss.

This is a family-run hotel, and a lot of thought has evidently gone into making guests comfortable and attending to their needs. The hotel is pretty central and has its own parking, so is very convenient whether you are travelling by car or train. The decor is principally light coloured wood (for which the hotel won an award) with sympathetic colours throughout. The rooms have electrically controlled blackout blinds that rise from the base of the window so that you can still enjoy some daylight without being woken by the rising sun, and there is ample storage space. We stayed for five nights on a visit to Bolzano that was partly for business and partly for pleasure, and couldn’t have been happier with the service. The staff were especially helpful and went out of their way to help us resolve problems (with our hired car), making phone calls on our behalf and getting the information we needed, so that the stress of travel was kept to a minimum. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff, whatever their role, were unfailingly friendly and polite. The continental breakfast featured delicious home-made pastries and cakes- and even a glass of Prosecco if you wanted it! We would certainly stay there again.

Unique and eco friendly Hotel built with top quality solid moon wood and highly skilled workmanship. the carpentry and masonry handicrafts are most impressive and outstanding. Mr. F O'onofrios, the owner, gave us a personal tour of his distinguished architectural wonder. over the years, he welcomed many architectural students to study his life long dedicated masterpiece. it was awarded Wood Architecture Prize 2023. we enjoyed our stay as the rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. breakfast was delicious. services were exceptional. the hotel's underground parking was convenient. it is within walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. highly recommend.
