Honestamente, um dos melhores hotéis de Boracay de todos os tempos! Em primeiro lugar, consegui um preço mais baixo (via Trip). Tudo aqui é tão bonito e digno de uma foto e, principalmente, limpo! O hotel parece muito novo. Lobby é tão bom e elegante. Teto alto com um design muito bonito. O quarto é grande, o banheiro era grande! (Eu tenho o quarto mais barato aliás) Design elegante também. Definitivamente voltarei!

Prós: bem no meio da principal área de compras e alimentação de Boracay; decoração muito funky e elegante; deck na cobertura tem vista decente; Contras: traga tampões de ouvido se quiser dormir antes das 23h30. A banda ao vivo toca alto e infelizmente não muito bem; a piscina parecia um pouco confusa; a porta não fechava automaticamente e tinha que lembrar de fechar

Ótima localização e a poucos passos da praia, restaurantes e vida noturna. É um lugar movimentado a noite toda, mas quando você vai para o seu quarto, está quieto. A seleção de café da manhã precisa ser melhorada.

Este hotel será sempre o nosso segundo lugar para escolher ficar. O quarto é muito relaxante, especialmente a cama é larga. O lugar é muito conveniente. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. O lugar me lembra Mônaco e realmente enfatiza e moderniza a cultura e as tradições das Filipinas. É um ótimo lugar para ficar! Altamente recomendado.

Definitivamente não nos Estados Unidos. Nunca estive em um hotel onde TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS fazem de tudo para me ajudar. Dos seguranças às pessoas da recepção e da limpeza, eu os classifico como “10” A única coisa ruim foi que a piscina estava fechada para reparos. Eles deveriam ter mencionado isso no site quando eu estava pagando antecipadamente pelo meu quarto.

It’s been a good stay! The location is perfect, inside D’ mall. Surprisingly, it’s not noisy. Staff were all friendly! Especially, Joven and Brian. We will stay here again next time.

Had a very pleasant few days stay at Feliz Hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming that were very competent and kind all the time. The rooms and amenities were in great condition. It’s pretty much at the heart of the island, making most of the attractions walking distance. A must recommend

Really 4-star hotel by all means. All is so perfect and there is roof top pool, and all hotel looks nice, luxurious and with ipen architecture. Small round square in front of hotel, with fountain in the centre, makes is perfect for romantic travels and accomodation. Food is domestic and delicious. Beach is near by and stuff is very pleasent to talk with. I recommend for sure.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and accomodating esp. F&B service angel and concierge Kuya Jom. The room are spacious which we absolutely love esp. we have a toddler. The kids enjoyed the pool too and the lifeguard is friendly. Overall, we satisfied and will recommend the place and come back again.🥰

Since the very beginning the experience with Feliz Hotel was amazing. They were very helpful arranging transportation from and to the airport. Without mentioning we lost one flight, they were ready to help us rearrange the whole thing. Upon arrival, Joms, one their front desk staff, was waiting for us with a bright smile and made us feel like we had just arrived home. From then on, everything went smoothly and pleasant. The front desk staff were very kind every day, the cleaning staff were respectful and professional, and we were lucky enough to be part of their 5th anniversary celebration and it was beautiful! I can’t recommend enough this hotel, the rooms were beautiful, they’re 70mts away from the gorgeous beach, the food in The Plaza, their restaurant, was delicious… I just can’t recommend it enough! Please give yourselves the gift of visiting Boracay and stay at the Feliz Hotel.

Location is very accessible near the beach, restaurants. Clean rooms, lobby and pool area. This should be a perfect review. Front desk officers were attentive, however, requests were not being fulfilled right away. Contacted front desk and Asked for service water around 9pm, no action. Followed up at 10:35, still no water was brought to our room. Contacted front desk again at 11pm, it was brought to our room 5 mins after. They could immediately inform us if it would take time to give us a bottle of water.

The room was not okay. It says courtyard view, but i was given a back property view. No table for work, flickering sconces, the access card didn’t work and I had to go down to the lobby twice. The bed board is falling apart. This is room 405. North west corner room in the floorplan. Crazy room. Nevertheless, the staff service was excellent.

That's the end of our stay at this hotel in a suite. Like it: The hotel has a very beautiful and stylish interior.; Amazing entrance group; Large spacious room; Bathroom in the room (minus information below); Friendly staff; Convenient transfer service; Rooftop pool; Nice towels; A comfortable mattress. I didn't like it: •The welcome drinks were alcoholic only, they were different in the pictures, but in fact they turned out to be the same and not very tasty; • It's very noisy outside the window until nightfall. You can't rest here during the day; •There was a transformer room behind the wall of our room, and there was a lot of noise coming out of it at night. I had to sleep in earplugs to get enough sleep. The luxurious bathroom in the room did not retain water when the drain pipe was plugged. The plug was leaking water and the tub could not be filled by more than 10 centimeters. I regretted that we took a more expensive room with a bathroom that could not be taken.; Unfortunately, the floor is not cleaned during cleaning. It has been checked several times; •Coffee capsules were available only on the first day, then I had to drink coffee only from tea bags. I don't understand why I should put the coffee machine on and not report the capsules. 2 capsules for the entire rest is extremely small … When asked to bring capsule coffee, it was brought to us in bags.. •We didn't like breakfast very much, as there was no porridge, little fruit, and no cheese for sandwiches. The omelet was always very unappetizing. There were no vegetables at all. None of this was very familiar to us. I didn't really want to eat rice for breakfast and eat it with meat in sauce. We understand that this is a common breakfast for the Philippines, but unfortunately it upset us that the hotel does not have a choice of breakfast for other nations, as such a breakfast is considered very heavy for us. . • There are only 9 sun beds by the pool (this is extremely small for a hotel of 80 rooms, while the roof area allows you to put a little more); I am writing about the disadvantages not so that you do not choose a hotel, but so that the hotel management improves the service, because the hotel itself is very beautiful. Many people should see it. I recommend it anyway. 🙂

Feliz hotel has an amazing location at the center of the island, The hotel is absolutely beautiful in an architectural style reminiscent of the Spanish or andalousian architecture, The hotels has amazing shows every night, The pool upstairs is okay but not great, The breakfast is good, I recommend to come a bit early in the morning to have the best experience, The service is great, the staff is always smiling and they seem very friendly I’m helpful, I was really satisfied with my stay there
