The Bostonian Hotel Boston

Centrally located to city centre, restaurants, attractions and parking is across the street from the hotel.

This was the worst stay among all the hotels during our northeastern driving tour. We were asked to take the service elevator which was so shabby and dirty because all the guest elevators were under maintenance, and the front desk lady sounded it’s nothing worth discussing. Then we found out the bed sheet in one of the 3 rooms was disgustingly stained for almost 2 feet in diameter, but the manager was unapologetic and very impatient. Another room had no hand soap and the room keeper who delivered a hand soap later was very cold. Absolutely the worst hotel we the 3 families ever stayed, regardless of prices or ratings.

Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

The room was not so big but the hotel location was perfect for us. Had trouble to park the car.

Great location

The hotel was fine, it is in a great location and has everything you need but nothing special. The bathroom wasn’t 100% clean and the room could do with some updated finishes
