Very cute. Huge rooms and bathroom. Good location. Beautiful view from windows. Lot of restaurants near by. Clean. Good shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. Large beds. Old building. Breakfast ok. Good also to walk near by park, mountains, and streets.

We absolutely loved the location, safe and within minutes of the city center. One of the front desk staff (a lovely woman with glasses) stood out to us as exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The same warmth and kindness was also shown by one of the breakfast staff, who started our day with a smile. The room was enormous—perfectly accommodating 3-4 as well as luggage. As for areas of improvement—the rugs could be darker or replaced, as they had some markings. Housekeeping was efficient—quick and in and out. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, and the pillows were not ideal. The A/C was somewhat noisy. One night, the ceiling unexpectedly started leaking. Handling of such situations in Romania seems different—there was no compensation or mention of potentially switching rooms. Instead, we were informed by the young man that it could happen again, which was not very reassuring.

Definitely not an upscale choice! Booked into an attic room, and it turned out to be a poor choice because of the sloped ceiling and beams. If you're taller than 5'4, this is not a good room for you. There was literally only once place you could stand up in the bathroom. The bed was hard, we were only given one individual comforter (and they knew there were two of us), and when I went down at midnight to get another one, the person's English was poor and I had to pantomime what I needed. The shower door was broken and the floor flooded every day; it did not get fixed during our three days.No shelves to put things on and only one little towel bar, not adequate to hang towels up. No hooks, two hangers in the closet, etc. Only the room had a/c, the hallways were incredibly warm! The towels were the thinnest and most threadbare I have ever seen in a hotel. The room was a good size, though, and we did appreciate having a table and chairs there to put things on, as there were no dressers. Didn't care much for the food, either. Baked goods were clearly from the supermarket, no cappuccino machine and very little variety. Although we liked the location in Brasov, we would never stay here again.

A lovely gem of a hotel in the centre of Brasov. Staff was kind & helpful, room was big with 2 double beds, hotel is centrally located within short walking distance of the sights, and overall a lovely experience. Downsides? parking.

Super location and a great place overall. It was great to relax and then go out easily to see the city. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with wooden beams. Breakfast was good. Bottom line is very nice rooms in an amazing location -- can't beat that.

We stayed here one night on our trip. We visited friends who have a ministry in Braşov to gypsy children. Great hotel - first class. Everything was wonderful - location (center of town), beds, shower, service, breakfast! Would highly recommend!

I spent two nights in a twin bed single at this hotel. Overall, this was a good choice with enough positives to keep it at a 4 rating. Pros- 1. Clean 2. Well situated 3. Safe and Quiet 4. Excellent AC unit that cools as expected 5. Good water pressure/hot water in the shower Cons- 1. My single did not come with a bath towel which I found irksome. The hand towel barely wrapped around my 32 inch waist. Yes, I could have asked for a proper bath towel, but I don't think I should have to do so. 2. The bathrobe was missing its 'belt'. 3. Shower was unnecessarily small. Good thing I am an agile and mobile middle aged man. At 5'11" and 165 lbs, it was a tight squeeze. 4. AC unit had blinking lights. Obviously, it needed maintenance, perhaps simply a new filter. 5. When I entered the room, it smelled like Indian food which is odd as there was nary an Indian restaurant in Brasov. It also may have been some sort of industrial glue that caused the smell. 6. Hand soap dispenser kept crashing into the small sink and would knock over my toiletries. There was a dearth of space to place small items. Overall, while satisfied with the hotel, I left feeling their audience is not the solo traveller. I believe the issues ....ie. AC unit needing a new filter....may very well be known but not addressed in a timely fashion.
