Habe dieses Mal ein kostenloses Upgrade zur Junior Suite bekommen. Sehr schön!

Privately run hotel with plenty of parking. it is a 15 - 20 minute walk into Bregenz with an uphill return. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well maintained with a reasonable air-conditioning. Breakfast is generous with a friendly service.

We spent one night during the Festspiele in the Hotel and will surely go back next year :) This hotel and specifically the guest and the manager is demonstrating the classical timeless value of hospitality that should be adopted by even some 5 star hotels in other countries. Both the reception, the management of the guests, the organisation of dinner and answering ad how questions is absolutely effective and seamless. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet even after the Festspiele a centrally managed shuttle bus was organised to get you back to the hotel from the Seebühne. The hotel manager itself demonstrated very appealing and evergreen principles of the hospitality by arranging seating of the desk during dinner and saying goodbye in the morning. The sustainability was apparent in the bathroom kit, air conditioning, and even the food offered. Although my wife is extremely noise sensitive, thanks to the isolated room we easily managed to get aggod night sleep. The staff is super cordial and efficient and the food offered for the dinner is super nice. The hotel is easily approachable and one does not have to hassle with parking, unlike in the city center. Overall strongly recommend the hotel for any stay be it during the Festspiele or other times. We will surely go back next year :)

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service! We stayed for the Bregenzer Festspiele in this Hotel. The hotel is roughly 15-20 minutes walk by foot away from the city center and about 30 minutes walk away from the Festspielbuehne. However, there is a free shuttle bus to the opera festival. A big plus is the very large and free parking at the hotel. Rooms have a very nice air con, in hot August days a need to have feature. We enjoyed the stay and the Phantastin breakfast and will come back next year!

Mit jedem Pächterwechsel - und davon gab es in den letzten Jahren einige - hat Qualität des Essens und Freundlichkeit abgenommen, dafür immer etwas teurer. Wir hatten versalzene Kässpätzle und Kartoffelsalat, der es mit jedem Kartoffelsalat aus der Dose hätte aufnehmen können. Schade, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bevorzugter Lage von Bregenz. Herzliche Begrüssung, sehr geräumiges Zimmer, toller Service beim Frühstück - und das draussen. Von Beginn meines Aufenthaltes bis zur Abreise war alles vorzüglich. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe in der Nacht.

Das Standardzimmer für 250 € pro Nacht ist völlig überteuert. Die Möblierung des Zimmers war alt und abgenutzt, es roch in dem Nichtraucherzimmer nach Zigarettenrauch und im Badezimmer befanden sich Haare vom Vorgänger. Das Frühstück war allerdings sehr gut !

Gemütliches Hotel am Stadtrand, verkehrsgünstig gelegen und ruhig. Großzügiges Zimmer mit guten Matratzen, nettes Bad ohne großes Pomp und Gloria. Freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Frühstücks- und Mittagsbuffet mit lokalen Speisen.

Von Anfang bis Ende war alles wunderbar: die vorab Kommunikation verlief sehr schnell und persönlich, ich konnte das Zimmer auch etwas vor der check-in time beziehen, der Service im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und das Essen (Brunch am Sonntag mit einem Glas Sekt, Nachmittagskaffee und Kuchen sowie das Abendessen waren sehr lecker ). Frühstück am Montag Morgen etwas weniger Auswahl als am Vortag trotzdem alles ausreichend und fuer jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Alles sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und das Einzigste, was ich bedauerte, war die Tatsache, dass ich leider fuer einen längeren Aufenthalt keine Zeit hatte. Kann dieses Boutique Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank an die Belegschaft!!! *****
