Great location in the city. However, amenities and cleanliness of the rooms are very outdated and not maintained (Hence, the dustiness in certain items such as hairdryer & nespresso machine). Telephone in the room had hardly any instructions on how to use it as well as not being able to function when using it to call reception/room service.

We were granted early check in shortly before 12pm. Unfortunately due to some issues, I was given the keycard to a room that’s already occupied and the occupant slammed the door in my face when we opened the door. I assumed he was shocked too. Was quite upset and shocked and went down to the concierge. Thankfully they were able to give me another room and we were compensated with 2 days of breakfast as service recovery. That was much appreciated. Breakfast is amazing.

Nice Pool and cozy atmosphere but will be great if the Friday oyster promotion can have adequate supply coz we are not having it finally

The perfect hotel for our family of three in the king exec suite. Pool was great for our little one. The staff were amazing and helpful. The menu was healthy enough for our toddler too.

Great and lovely facilities that helped full service the purpose

Mainly not satisfied with the everyday room cleaning. We went out and we saw the carpet was still dirty when we backed to our room at night. The hair dryer looked like melted on the surface and sticky. The shower design is a bit stupid that no door or shower curtain and the water splash out to the bathroom.

Lovely rooms and great bathrooms with showers. A couple more bottles of complimentary drinking water would have been nice.

Good stay at the Westin. Clean, comfortable, modern room and good service at reception. Well located. Just a couple of minor negatives: 1. The pool was extremely busy on the Saturday because the hotel sells tickets to the public for a pool party event (I believe happens every Friday and Saturday). All the loungers and seats were taken and there were no clean towels available - not ok if you're actually staying at the hotel but can't use the pool facility. It was quiet and pleasant on other days, however there is no service around the pool that we saw so I'm not sure whether you can order food/drink poolside. 2. The buffet breakfast was generally very good in terms of selection, food quality and ambience however we stayed over the Easter long weekend and the service was noticeably lacking - many of the food items had run out and we had to wait multiple times and for long periods for them to be replenished. Also we were not offered tea/coffee or told there was a choice of eggs to order until our last day (ie. after the long weekend) so were left with the dregs of cold scrambled eggs and self service hot drinks. Other than that, we were happy with our stay and would go back if ever in Brisbane again.

Clean, new and not too expensive for a five star hotel. Comfortable bed.
