大リーグを娘と2人で見に行くことになり、フェンウェイパークの近くで安いホテルをと探しここに決めました。初めてのアメリカの旅で治安が心配でしたが、街並みも穏やかで優しい雰囲気の場所にあり安心して泊まることができました。建物も部屋も素敵でした。他の口コミにあったようにエレベーターが無く大きな荷物を4階まで持って上がるのは大変でしたが、心づもりをしていったので問題なかったです。オーナーさんにはとても親切にしていただき感謝しています。またボストンに行くことがあればここに泊まりたいです。

地理位置很好。房間非常小（雖然很乾凈），臨街有點吵。洗手間要穿過走廊。

入住感覺良好，乾淨，就是晚上睡覺會被樓上的走路聲吵到，木質樓板，樓上一走動就會吵到樓下。

房間設計非常棒，空間足夠，衞生間寬敞乾淨明亮，熱水來得很快。 一樓會有簡單的早餐，入住和離店都很方便，唯一的缺點是四層樓的酒店沒有電梯，大箱子要自己搬上搬下。沒有大箱子的話會是非常舒適的住宿體驗。

出行非常方便，周邊環境不錯，出門就是地鐵

I stayed here for 2 nights in October during my first ever trip to Boston. The location was very convenient. The hotel is really cute and the room was large. The front desk staff was friendly and warm. The hotel is just blocks away from dining and cafes. I would stay here again.

The Beacon Inn was a very comfortable place for me to stay while I was in town for a conference. The staff are very nice and worked to clean my room quickly so I could check in early when I arrived as well. It is so cute and quintessentially Boston with a cozy feel and design (much better in my opinion than your typical conference hotel), and very well located close to the Boston University campus and Fenway stadium, with a green line subway station right in front as well. I was in a room that faced Beacon street and it is a bit noisy at night and in early morning with the subway passing by, but I did not mind this as I sleep pretty profoundly and had to get up early anyways. For those who are more sensitive to noise, you may want to ask for a room that does not face Beacon street.

Great locations in wonderful neighorhoods -- St. Mary's (near kenmore square) & Washington Square. I stay here regularly for business b/c it's very affordable, clean & nice and centrally located. But it's important to know that these are Guesthouse/Inns, old and charming but atypical for many travelers. No overnight desk person. Excellent continental breakfast.

This is our third stay at this historic brownstone inn. What struck me on this latest visit, was the general lack of pride in the business, and lack of interest in providing a great experience to guests. Examples: Parking was disorganized. For $35, one should be assured of a dedicated parking space instead of working around the schedules of other guests. “Breakfast” was a joke. The shelf where the stained tea bags and few remaining coffee pods could be found was stained when we arrived, and not attended to by the next morning. As it turned out, the tea was redundant anyway, since there was no jug from which to retrieve hot water, and the contraption it belonged to was shoved up against the Kerug machine. Upstairs , a balled up dirty sock at the bedroom door created some trepidation , but led to a surprisingly clean room, aside from hair in the bathtub. The mattress was comfortable. Personel interactions ranged from ranged from perfunctory to very pleasant . At this price range , I will stay again only if can’t find anything better.

Lovely building but we were disappointed with this accommodation . We were given a second floor room . The room was large enough but the room wasn’t totally clean - draws and shelves we cleaned . The whole hotel had a dusty feel. The window hadn't been cleaned for ages - we had no view at all. It is situated opposite a metro stop but it takes between 20 - 30 minutes to get to downtown Boston. The breakfast is cereals , pastries and coffee or tea . All self serve but there isn’t anywhere to eat it! Unless you take it back up two flights of stairs to your room. No room cleaning while we were there. For the money charged I think there is probably better accommodation to chose.

We had a great stay. This place has so much late 1800’s charm. The location was perfect- right across from the train stop. We did learn that we could use a credit card per trip instead of having to purchase a “Charlie pass”. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Fenway Stadium. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and we enjoyed the coffee and muffins in the morning. Highly recommend!

I loved the historic and breakfast and the location. I had a test being done at One of the hospitals nearby. I enjoyed the walk to and from the hospital. I also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood of The bed-and-breakfast. There are some lovely parks, including one with very old beech trees. I can highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast. I appreciated the affordable cost.
