Very clean and excellent service.Very convenient to highways going easy or west.Always a great experience for travelers. A family or a business traveler will feel safe and enjoy nice clean room.Pizza Hut across the street and the food there is excellent,

AWESOME!! Due to an apartment fire we had to move into a motel for about a month and a half. I have a dog and Best Western accepted my pet with no problems. (Unlike Holiday Inn Express) So very glad we stayed here. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was wonderful! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this Best Western. Highly recommended.

The front desk lady saved the day. We booked the room as we were driving and unknowingly selected a smoking room. We do not smoke and could not stay in the room for longer than a minute without getting a major headache. We were about to spend a week camping and I had to work all night before getting back on the road and logging off for a week. When we asked the front desk for a non-smoking room, we were told that it could not be changed because we had booked online. We had no choice but opt to paying for a second room. Thankfully, the front desk lady went above and beyond to get an approval to give us a non-smoking room. She really saved the day. The rooms are quite clean and the facility overall is nice and cozy.

Hotel is on a noisy highway. There is a back building which is much quieter than the front. Some rooms are smoking rooms, so be sure to ask for non-smoking. Unfortunately, our stay had issues due to incompetent staff and we won’t come back again. I’m sure others would have a better experience.

Wonderful customer service at check-in. Brianna was a sweetheart, friendly & efficient, and placed me in the "just right!" room. Drive right up to your own door which makes transporting luggage, cooler, briefcase, etc. so much easier than struggling to push overloaded cart down long carpeted hallway. Fridge/micro, in-room coffee. Free wifi w/ample signal for checking weather for the rest of my trip & stream Netflix. Generous supply of bright white towels. Slept well on super comfortable bed w/triple sheets w/lots of fat, fluffy pillows. Only a few small issues: carpet shredded where it met the tile, vanity lightbulb flickered annoyingly, alarm clock was unplugged so I had to reset it and somehow set the alarm in the process & needed more easily accessible bedside outlets w/USB ports, etc for charging electronics.

Very clean, updated and modern rooms with a great free breakfast buffet and incredible customer service. We've stayed here multiple times since they allow pets and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend.

I required lodging while attending a local Event. I selected Caprock Inn because I liked the look of the Facility and the name. The experience was very nice. I will stay again if in that area. You should know the room and food was all fine.

Older hotel but has been kept in good condition. Very clean. Easy check in by front desk person. Not the best area for walking near the hotel. Thought the price would be lower due to being an older facility.

Richard at the front desk was the friendliest staff member I’ve ever interacted with at a hotel. Super friendly, accommodating, helpful with issue I had with website, gave recommendations on things to do in Ruidoso. Just amazing. Give that guy a raise! Rooms were basic, as to be expected at this level of motel, but were VERY CLEAN. There are two buildings so you may end up being a little further away and have to walk to front for breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Nice place to lay your head for the night and perfect stopping point between San Antonio and Ruidoso.
