My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious boutique hotel, which combines the charm of a former mansion with the modern amenities expected in 5-star accommodations. The staff was outstanding, providing personal service without being intrusive. They were warm and welcoming, communicating with us before our arrival until our check-out. Rodrigo, Tomas, Franco, Giuliana, and Pablo offered excellent suggestions for places to eat and activities. If we needed reservations, they were quick to arrange them. They were also kind enough to store our luggage while we traveled to Iguazu for a few days. When we returned to Buenos Aires, our bags were waiting for us in our room. Additionally, they arranged for a late check-out on our departure day since we had a late flight home. We also enjoyed the newly renovated rooftop pool. It was small but perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a large soaking tub. We especially appreciated the complimentary wine from their vineyard in Mendoza, which was always available in the lobby lounge along with delicious pastries and small sandwiches. We will always remember our first visit to Buenos Aires, thanks to the wonderful team at Algodon who helped make our stay special. We look forward to returning!

We were intending on spending 4 nights at this hotel but had to change our plans as a result of a family medical issue and only got to stay one night . This is a unique hotel with a unique offering. Beautiful common areas and rooms in a fully redesigned former grand home. Complimentary wines , which were excellent, and snacks in a beautiful lounge in one of the better neighborhoods in the city. Rodrigo and the rest of the staff were excellent hosts who make you feel at home. If you want a special stay that is the opposite of a bustling large hotel this is it. We will make a trip back to get the rest of our nights in when we can.

Our third stay, and we keep choosing them because of the excellence of the place, the kind, absolutely helpful staff, the great location and the insuperable comfort they provide. Attentive, informative, helpful, kind. From front desk, to house keeping, to bar, to maintenance. All admirable people that know their jobs and will go above and beyond. We love this place and its people. Gretel, Juliana, Valentina, Guillermina, Luisa, Leonardo, Rodrigo, Tomás, Franco, Enrique, Juan and all.

Boutique hotel with exceptional staff! Such a welcoming place where all who work here are helping to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. There are add’l nice touches the hotel provides to their guests - area off the lobby has rotating snacks and beverages throughout the day, no cost mini bar in every room, all en suite rooms, large bathrooms and more. Bonus that the property is in a great location and is walkable to many of the sights, museums, great restaurants and just exploring. Repeating how friendly and solicitous the entire team was to us everyday. I would stay here again!

This is a really great boutique hotel that I will select on every trip I make to Argentina in the future. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the bed was gigantic and just right for us. Nice touch were the complimentary breakfast. Also snacks at the bar available most of the day and complimentary wine from their vineyard in Mendoza which is also their an awarded restaurant and sports center. Tennis, gulf etc. which I hope to visit on my next trip. I highly recommend Algodon for a great stay. And the wine was very good.

Superb service. Well worth the money. The rooms are extremely spacious. We will return next time. Their wines are complimentary and of high quality. You will love this boutique hotel like we did! The have an ample and healthy daily breakfast selection

Our stay at Algodon Mansion was fantastic, largely due to the top notch service. From the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out, the staff was making a concerted effort to provide us with the best, kindest service possible. Rodrigo and Leo helped us to get reservations at restaurants and find reputable money exchange locations while Juan Cruz and Vale made sure we had not only delicious drinks and food at all times, but also great conversation. We felt like they really cared about us and wanted us to experience everything Buenos Aires has to offer. The accommodations are extremely comfortable (slept soooo well in the gigantic king bed) and the new roof terrace provides a quiet, beautiful view of Recoleta. The hotel fully includes drinks and delicious breakfasts/appetizers and it's not one of those things where they hope you don't enjoy that perk. They were always asking us if we wanted a new cocktail (we became huge fans of Fernet + Coke and enjoyed several custom negronis), and there were endless bottles of delicious wine and Smartwater at all times. I do think the rooms would benefit from an update (like they just completed on the terrace), but they were quite spacious and like I said, extremely comfortable. Fantastic place to stay and huge thanks to the amazing staff. We'll go back.

Outstanding stay in this beautiful jewel of a hotel. The staff is exemplary in every way--incredibly accommodating and kind at every turn. Our room/suite was clean and wonderfully equipped with small details including a desk with multiple types of outlets. Breakfast, snacks, and beverages were plentiful and generous. The location is perfect--Recoleta is gorgeous, retaining a French/European vibe. There are great restaurants, galleries and shopping nearby, and it's an easy walk to Recoleta Cemetery and the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes. Algodon's staff is priceless--truly making this beautiful hotel the perfect stay for BA. I will definitely stay here again on a return trip.

From start to finish, our experience at the Algodon Mansion was excellent. The concierges were incredibly helpful and helped us get reservations we could not get on our own. The hotel is a gorgeous and special architectural gem which has been elegantly modernized. The room was huge (as was the "King" bed which was actually the size of two full beds sisde by side". The amenitis are fabulous-delicious snacks and treats avialble throughout the day. , gratis, as is the wine and beverages supplied in the room. Breaksfast next door ( also included) was delicious. My brother-in-law recommended this hotel and we are so happy he did. First class experinece all the way!

It is a beautiful hotel in a great location in Recoletta. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The staff were very kind and attentive. A nice touch is that they had wine and snack available most of the day and evening. On the last day they were able give us a late check-out, which was much appreciated since we had a 10:25PM flight back to the United States. We will definitely will return to the Algodon.

Wonderful staff and great big rooms. Breakfast next store is not great but hotel is fantastic. So much better than staying in one of the big hotels in the area. We had a big walk in shower, marble. Beds comfy. Pillows not so great. Concierge is wonderful….

We stayed at the Algodon Mansion for a week. This small boutique hotel is an absolute gem that is coated in a beautiful neighborhood in the Recoleta. Close your eyes, open them and you might think that you are on a small street in Paris. Our room was spacious, well outfitted, beautifully furnished and a bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was amazing with a shower that could easily accommodate 10 people. Beautiful wines were available day and night and nicely prepared cocktails and charcuterie were also available for the asking. The lobby breakfast was lovely. The restaurant immediately next door offered an a la carte menu that was creative and delicious. But what made the stay so special was the warm hospitality of the staff; Rodrigo, Tomas, Franco, Francesco addressed every question graciously. They made reservations, gave advice and greeted us kindly every time we entered the hotel. They poured wine at midnight, served breakfast, fielded requests efficiently and always with a smile. This is a very special hotel and one that we will remember fondly for a long, long time. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Tim Greusel and Ed Babiarz

This hotel is amazing. The staff are superb and make everything so easy. Comfy beds, fabulous rooms, rooftop deck area with pool. Clean and well appointed. Beautiful building. Great location. Be back!

Honestly this place was great in so many ways. We stayed in a suite which I recommend as the size is super comfortable. The sheets, pillows and bathroom were super comfy. Bathroom has a rain shower head and always the perfect pressure and climate. Loved that you could open the window. This is a petite boutique hotel with so much flavor from the staff. They were super mega accommodating and kind at all times. They are well informed about what restaurants to visit as well as other suggestions to do in town. From the housekeeping to the Concierge. Always smiling and looking for ways to service your every need. They serve you complimentary wine from their wine estate (silky and enveloping notes) as well as delicious pastries, morning breads and afternoon sandwiches & snacks, all delicate and well made. They also include a full breakfast with a next door venue and they make everything with love because it was so tasty. They also have more healthy choices so it can accommodate different palates. They aim to please. The place is located in one of the best parts of downtown Buenos Aires (recoleta) and you feel safe walking in the sorrounding areas. Overall, the place is cozy (although, I would make it a bit more spiffy in some areas) but mostly the staff is what makes you feel welcome and at home away from home! Thank you Thomas, Ricardo, Sofia and all of you! This is a vacation I will never forget. This is a must if your staying in Buenos Aires, You won't regret it. You will be pampered without a doubt.
