Breakfast needs improvement but the stay was comfortable, rooms were clean, staff was accommodating and friendly.

If you have problems the staff can't help you, they tell you to talk to manager. However, you'll soon realize manager can't EVER be reached. No matter what day you call, or what time you call. And no one there can reach him. Good luck getting resolution. They couldn't find my reservation, wouldn't look by confirmation number, but they only partially refunded me for a stay that NEVER occurred bc I couldnt check in.

I had a very good stay , they make it easy and efficient for you . They definitely care about who stays here . Recommend for everyone. Very good and clean hotel . Would definitely stay here every chance I get

When checking out we reported the problems we were having to the front desk man. We got there very late around 1am.. we were tired and just wanted to get to bed. We complained about dirty blankets and stained sheets, lamps next to the bed shocking us, multiple times, a constant light flickering outside our door, used stained bath towels, the steps outside were very dangerous going up and down, rudeness of staff. The man at the front desk just recorded our number wrong on our receipt and handed it back to us and told us to leave. It didn’t make any sense, we wanted to speak to the manager and he told us no.

Old, run down. Breakfast was awful..awful...awful... 1) Only 1 -2 servings were available at a time. We and several guests were waiting and had to repeatedly keep asking for servings. 2) Eggs and bacon were frozen and the Styrofoam plates provides would burn in the microwave when we would try to heat up food. 3) If you ran the microwave and toaster at the same time the power would go out on the wall with all the appliances. Needing the manager to keep coming out reset power. 4) No syrup or butter was available for the frozen waffles which were stale 5) Limited napkins were also in short supply. 6) Milk for cereal was borderline spoiled. It had a bad taste and smell like it had been frozen and then thawed. 7) Dining area was not cleaned, very old and dirty. 8) Overall one of the worst continental breakfast I have ever experienced and we still have 2 more days to stay here. 9) Manager seemed lost and didn't seem to know where anything was. Made very minimum effort to help or remedy the situation.

This place is gross. There is dirt in the corners, pieces of trash laying on the floor, I went to make coffee and there yan old coffee pod in the coffee pot. I am a Wyndham employee and we get discounts and this hotel wouldn't offer it. I would rather have slept iny hot car than here. I had to turn the air down to 60 to make it almost tolerable.

The floors were filthy you walk around with your bare feet they’ll be black had trouble getting enough towels for everybody for the two days day. Breakfast was a joke of frozen Eggo waffle that he tells you you can microwave and frozen bacon that came from a box the yogurt was expired and busted open poor choices for breakfast, because weren’t comfortable do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I really liked the two doors for entry into the rooms on 1st floor. The size of the 2 queens room was a good+ size :) and bed very comfortable, just a little high to climb into. The hotel and rooms need a little refurbishing, new towels could be provided-they were a little worn, the vending machine for sodas should be working. Continental breakfast was aok, though, didn't utilize too often as ends at 9am or 9:30am... Office personnel very nice and accommodating when needed something. Overall, stay was nice for the price.
