Brand new hotel, with comfortable beds and great rooftop pool!
The room was very good with dressing room area, great shower and clothes steamer, which was an excellent extra.
The breakfast has an excellent choice and very good. However, the food in the restaurant in the evening although tasty it was served lukewarm and disappointing.
There was a minor issue with electrics, which was dealt with quickly and excellent customer service from the staff.
Although the hotel is new and good value, the area is up and coming, the stay was good and would recommend.

Overall, the hotel staycation was a great experience. The hotel is new with a modern design, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.
However, one downside was the parking fee of RM6, which was charged after checkout when leaving the hotel.

just open few months ,the staff have to more training ,the BKF is most worse area ,the food and service all need improve ,I stay four nights the bkf doest change any item ,the FB is big issue

The hotel is cleaned and the bed is comfortable. It has amazing sea view and very nice pool. A great place for vacation and relax. But the hotel itself is located a bit far from the center of the city.
