The company booked me and my colleague for a 2 night stay for business. When we arrived, the reservist was confused if we we have a twin room or separate room reservation (should be 2 separate twin rooms). They had us accommodated separately at the 5th floor with a small room with single beds. Immediately notice allot of cosmetic issues. 1. Some lights are busted. 2. Broken tile pieces at the bathroom. 3. Stained mirrors 4. Obviously uncleaned bathroom glass partitions. 5. No foot towels 6. Water is yellowish you think it was Kool-Aid and it smell rusty too. 7. NO INTERNET 8. NO HOT SHOWER When confronted over these issues, the office desk officer explained they have some issued with their internet service provider and that their water is pumped directly from the deep well. My colleague ask them if the are sure that this is the accommodation reserved for us. To which they surely responded YES. Around 9 PM, when we are fast asleep, a hotel worker started knocking on our doors to relocate us to a better room because....(get this)..they made a mistake with the booking. I transferred but my colleague did not because he is too tired to transfer. There are other better hotels in CDO but please...not this.
