Facilities were modern, staff was friendly, location was optimal. The view was a bit misleading (the window doesn’t really have a view) but overall nothing to complain about.

Hotel location was good. But its seem that they charge extra for room cleaning.My stay was over a week and in the end room looks like mess.Later o cleaned myself. This policy should apply to those who lives for one to two days and if some decide to live longer hotel must provide cleaning and other facilities irrespective of their pre booking or not.

The service was helpful and efficient particularly Paul. The bedroom 100 was an inner one with no window as such. But there was a window to a wall with 2 plants hanging down. It was a perfect place to sleep a bit like a cave in a way perfect just to sleep. As far as I could see there was only one elevator coming and going also to the roof bar. So there was a wait here. Stairs would have been preferred. The restaurant was fine too on the top floor with excellent views. Location excellent with close proximity to the lagoon for swimming and of course the esplanade.

I stayed for 3 nights until I then went by on to my friends, this hotel exceeded my expectation for cleanliness and amenities it’s in a perfect location..

Nice location. Rooms are on the small side. No parking except on the street or in paid parking next door. Rooms are comfortable.

位置非常方便 到公共泳池衹需要三分鐘。去夜市因為衹需要3分鐘，非常適合出遊。房間也挺新的，有機會還會住。

這是到澳洲的第三個城市，也是入住體驗感最差的酒店，收着跟五星級一樣的費用，去提供着招待所的服務，入住時必須信用卡收取一澳幣按金，其他方式不可以，在澳洲其他酒店一直付現金都可以，不知道意義是什麼，再説一下衞生，每天沒有專人打掃就算了，蟑螂都爬上床了，實在是堪憂，望廣大網友入住前認真考慮

問都不問就安排了無障礙房，這讓人非常不舒服。空調口對着床頭，冷氣直降，晚上開空調不舒適。房間窗户的視野非常差，對着停車場，還不如沒窗。

とても綺麗でした！フロントの方も気さくな感じで英語がよくわからない私たちにも丁寧に対応してくださいました。立地もとても良かったです。 枕とタオルは少し汚れていましたがすぐ取り替えてくれました。

這家酒店最大的優勢就是它的地點，距離碼頭僅400米，非常方便。但是，設施一般，且房間打掃、衞生清理以及洗漱用品都是要收錢的，如果訂房時價格便宜，就可能不提供服務，非常不爽

性價比高，但是房間沒有窗户不太適合長住，預訂的時候需要備註要兩個單人床還是一個大床，不然很有可能住的時候是錯的床型～

這是我旅遊以來住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，1.服務態度差，入住當晚態度冷冰冰的2.誰能想到1100多的酒店窗户不能打開，沒有打掃服務，有異味，空間小的就跟鴿子籠一樣？行李箱都鋪不開的程度。3.虛假宣傳，平台顯示1.8米大床和免費打掃。結果兩個人入住衹給我們分配一個1.5米的床，後面也衹能給我們換1米的雙人床。打掃還需要額外付款費用，更換浴巾也需要額外的費用，這離譜嗎？4.酒店的床簾完全不遮光，早上五點就被陽光照射進來亮醒了、晚上窗簾也擋不住外面的光。睡眠質量被影響的太差了，還不如最便宜的青旅。 5.退房時間也要求早上十點，不會像其他酒店可以協商，總之就是非常差勁 6.酒店藏在角落，他的裝潢也是小旅館，這個價格完全有很多其他的酒店可以選擇，如果選擇這酒店整個行程都會被影響的很糟心，一定要避雷。

We regret that that in this instance we did not meet your expectations. With regards to your concerns, we wish you have reported them during your stay, so our team would had a chance to improve your experience. We could have advise you about roller blinds on each window and clarify that towels are never at extra charge. Following that note, please know that daily housekeeping service was a package you have opted out from at the time of booking for a discounted price. Although we do have an option to add it back later at a fee. The late check out is always negotiable upon availability, however we are not always able to grant that request to all our guest.We are committed to providing memorable experiences with exceptional service and therefore we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and improve on your experience in the near future.
