Lol the pillows were a bit stiff Other than that it was perfect Friendly staff . Nice bar and restaurant. Clean room with service everyday . A choice of swimming pools one was small and quiet and the others were larger and livelier. Wonderful views from the hotel . A town nearby and the ocean close too

After reading some reviews after I had booked I must admit I was a bit apprehensive, but a week at this hotel has left me feeling so much more relaxed than I have been in years and I can confirm that not only are the staff friendly, the accommodation spotless and the food excellent, the few small issues we did have were sorted within hours. The view from our room was amazing, the reception area was lovely, the bar was so welcoming and every time it was the meal-time window we were excited at what we were going to try. Yes there are a lot of stairs.......or hills depending on which side you walk up..... but the hotel is on the side of a huge volcanic hill so there is not a lot you can do about that. The only thing I did find annoying was there was no air-con within the room and we had to hire a fan for 30 Euros for six nights (you could buy a fan for that price!). Other than that we had an amazing time. I will leave a separate review for the little shop in reception that organised our trips but they were amazing too. Huge thanks for making my wife and I's holiday so good.

Firstly you have to remember this IS a 3 star hotel. That in mind, you can’t really complain. (Even though several people were………… the people with Rolls Royce expectations and Robin Reliant money) On arrival we were meet by lovely staff in a lovely reception area. Once give our room (and paying €10 deposit for the TV remote) we went to our room. The rooms / appartments are scattered all over the complex with lots and lots and LOTS of stair’s interlinking them and the bar and the restaurant. The appartment was clean and tidy with everything you need if not a little dated. The bar area was our first stop, a wide range of local drinks to choose from (after purchasing a cup for €1 which was refunded at the end of your visit) The restaurant was clean and tidy the food was a little limited however was nice and plenty of it. The evening entertainment was a bit poor to say the least but again passable with the money spent for the holiday as a whole. A short walk away was some local bars, restaurants and supermarkets for your convenience. As a whole well worth the money, if you’re after a cheap few days in the sun with no frills.

Very pleased with my choice of hotel, it's clean and staff are friendly and helpful. I asked at reception for a kettle instead of a coffee machine and within an hour it arrived. The food was good, lots to choose from - the wrinkly canarian potatoes are lush . Don't let the bad reviews put you off , I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the apartment I had was really spacious clean and well furnished. Had lovely views. Thanks for a wonderful stay ☺️x

Going to be honest in this review, I read up on the hotel and saw bad reviews about a lot of things however during our stay we throughly enjoyed every single bit of this hotel. Apartments are big! Balcony is big! Food is good, it’s not a massive buffet don’t get me wrong but there are options of meat (chicken, pork, fish) every day, alongside things like hotdogs, burgers for lunch… always chips and salad and desserts too so there really is plenty to choose from but I respect some people have preferences, you get what you pay for, it’s a family friendly budget hotel - but nonetheless it’s surrounded by beauty and it’s close to many places including bus stops, shops, restaurants and the beach! The shop inside the hotel also offers excursions and anything you may need during your stay. There are a lot of steps around the hotel so in the aspect of wheelchair users I wouldn’t say it is recommended unfortunately. The hotel and rooms are clean, they are cleaned every other day, reception area is beautiful and spotless too! Overall, I do recommend this hotel, it’s great value in a stunning location of Callao Salvaje. We hope to be back soon. Thank you to all the staff! :)
