I was so upset, as we arrived i was told that only 3 of us could stay, they said they don't have family rooms?
Unfortunately, my husband had to go elsewhere and the hotel took a screen shot as my booking was clearly for 2 adults and 2 children this is the second time i have had issues whilst booking through trip.com, really upsetting and disappointing. Ruined our half term holiday as a family, not fair that this happened to us!
We were separated as a family, the one day we were all supposed to spend the night together in Cambridge became a nightmare, i had to go to work in the morning and we lost £200 extra on taxi's and another room elsewhere.
The hotel said it was trip, com's fault not theirs as their policy is not more than 3 in a room, horrible way to start the autumn break
