Juste horrible et service Trip.com à fuir! Plus jamais je ne ferai de réservation via Trip.com grosse arnaque! Le pas cher coûte cher…

Hôtel en piteux état les chambres étais sale avec une forte odeur de moisissures (bac à douche, mur, plafond ) bac de douche bouché. Seul point positif le personnel est accueillant et réactif au demande du client.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Le point noir est la climatisation qui est très bruyante vétuste et peu rafraîchissante au niveau de la chambre. Elle est quasiment inexistante au niveau de la salle où est servi le petit déjeuner.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble dans l'hôtel hormis la moisissure dans la douche dûe à la vétusté. La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas mais sinon bon séjour pour une nuit. Le matelas était trop mou pour moi il devrait être changé. Personnel sympathique et souriant. Petit bémol le bruit de la fête foraine juste en face qui nous oblige à fermer les fenêtres

Chambre 303. État d entretien de la salle de bain surprenant. Cache du tuyau d eau du WC déboîte, support de fixation de la douche cassé, écoulement de la douche pratiquement bouché, serviette posé sur le bac de douche en attente complètement mouillé en arrivant, patère sur la porte non fixe. Tablette devant la fenêtre deboitee. J aurai du faire des photos.

挺好不錯不錯

I booked the Hotel as I was driving through France and needed a place to stop for the night and considering the price of hotels in the area the Kyriad was a great choice. It was the second year running that I stayed at the hotel and again the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room is the basic Kyriad type room and was ok for the night. On this visit the restaurant was not open in the evening as it was a Saturday but there are plenty of easting options nearby. The breakfast was fine and fresh food is brought out when required. There is plenty of parking outside and the hotel makes for a good base. I would be happy to stay there again.

Bed was comfy, two types of pillows provided. Access to wardrobe and desk. Viable damage to furniture in room (side tables chipped on all edges). Cleanliness could be better. Brown stain with hair in smeared on the doorframe outside the room. A few more smears on the wall inside the room. Breakfast was nice. Good selection of continental food (pastries, yoghurt, fruit, cereal). Some hot food available but mostly gone by 8:30am. Bathroom is quite small - only good for one person at a time. Shower hooks come off quite easily. Shower head fell off handle while it was being used. Hairdryer doesn’t work well. Hand soap and shampoo/body gel provided. Pressure / temp control of the shower was good. Staff are really nice and helpful. Good options for parking. Air conditioning was a godsend, really helpful when the weather is hot. Staff didn’t change the bed covers or replenish teas / coffees. Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away, 15 mins to get to the city centre. Some supermarkets, fast food places, discount clothing store and gym nearby. Ideal for a night or two, but no more than that.

I had a great one night stay at this Kyriad hotel which was in a convenient location while traveling along the south of France and was a very reasonable price for the area. An easy smooth check in and I was made to feel very welcome and had a nice chat to the staff. The room was comfortable and was the usual budget hotel room and had a kettle and tea and coffee too and was fine for an overnight stop. I had dinner in the busy restaurant which was good and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. I had breakfast too and there was a good spread available. There is a secure car park too which was handy. A good price, great staff and I would be happy to stay there again

Hotel très vieux, complètement vétuste. Chambre minuscule idem à la salle de bain... Restauration du même niveau. (Plats limite et le vin servi m'a été changé 2 fois!!) Lorsque je suis arrivé pour le petit déjeuner, un groupe était passé et il ne restant plus que ...les restes! A fuir!!!

Hôtel vieux, chambre usée avec mauvaise odeur, meuble abimés , salle de bain cassée, wc non fonctionnel (pas d’eau) , télécommande sans pile. Comment est ce possible que cet hôtel est 3 étoiles ? Il doit y avoir une erreur !
