Up on arrival no electricity and no explanation. This continued with 4 power cuts every day. This really If you don’t meet mind staying in the dark every evening between 8 to 10 pm ….. this is the place for you. Moved hotel half way during the visit and no refund was offered. Most decent hotels have a back up generator. There are also very few restaurants close by. Bath tub with cracks looks dirty but not cleaners fault. Staff overall friendly

有一説一,優點是環境不錯,陽台上就能看到桌山,有自己的私人海灘,雖然上面有一些垃圾。缺點主要有兩個,第一不安全,開窗户就是走道,一個人能輕易跨過去,意味着必須鎖着窗户睡覺,但是沒有空調,請問空氣怎麼流通?找酒店前台想更換房間,答案是沒有可以換的,而且還不允許取消,更換酒店,這是什麼霸王條款?第2,WiFi竟然要收費?!而且速度也不快。

公寓位置大概離市中心有十幾公里,地處休閑灣可看海景,有自己的海灘,可看桌山,涼爽的海風拂面非常愜意,沒有餐館,但廚房設備齊全可以自己做飯,整體空間面積比較大,有保安24h值守,很負責任,總體來説滿意。

Unfortunately, my recent stay at Cape Town Beachfront Apartments at Leisure Bay was a very disappointing experience. 1. Hidden Costs: Upon arrival, I was required to make additional payments for parking and deposits, which were not advertised as extras nor mentioned in any prior communication. This lack of transparency was frustrating and left a bad first impression. 2. Outdated Accommodation: While the flat was clean, it was old and outdated. Considering the price charged, I expected a standard comparable to other accommodations in the area, but it fell short. 3. Security Concerns: Despite having on-site security, I did not feel particularly safe. A constant flow of people coming and going disrupted any sense of calm, especially after a long business travel day. I understand there are permanent residents, but the environment was not welcoming or relaxing. 4. Parking Nightmare: Parking was an absolute disaster. The unit I was allocated made parking nearly impossible, and the designated parking bays were too small, even for a compact car. Overall, this was not a good experience. I would not recommend this accommodation and will never stay here again.

have someone to clean the room, why must we arrange for that. TV signal is poor. Wi-Fi is there any need to pay for that

My wife and I had a great holiday staying in the apartment. It was clean spacious and on the beach . Very good place to have a good rest amazing views from you rooms Thank you for a great holiday.

Our stay was okay and short but the and we left the place how we found it, problem is now I have to chase after them for my refund when originally said that it will be done on Friday but no one is giving me an answer.

My stay at this facility was most enjoyable and has a good view of the Atlantic and Robben Island. I have used this facility twice and I can not wait for the third time! It is very private and no interruptions until you check out

Important notes. Parking surcharge. Breakage deposit required - don't generally have a problem with this except for the fact that they request when you arrive for check-in. They do not refresh linen or towels, these are all included in the cleaning surcharge that they also fail to disclose prior check-in. Overall, would have appreciated if they had communicated these types of surcharges prior check-in.
