Great location with easy access to Carseta Palace and train station.

Personale qualificato disponibile e sempre attento ! Le nuove camere superior sono ben fatte ! Non è più presente la moquette ma uno splendido parquet, totalmente rimodernata ! Nota negativa dimenticatevi gli armadi , sono stati rimossi e sostituiti con dei ripiani metallici che danno un SEnso di disordine e nella doccia non vi è più un ripiano per doccia sciampoo! Peccato perché rende la stanza scomoda !

We were placed here because our flight was cancelled. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and just all we needed snd we slept well, but I would not choose to book this hotel unless it is for business purposes. The pool area and pool itself is lovely but u MUST wear a swimming cap to use the pool which cost €2 to buy from reception and wont fit anyone but a small child. The restaurant is NOT open 24 hours and some of the staff are rude particularly the male staff. The food is lovely but overpriced as expected. The views are terrible so do not book if its for a holiday and the hallways are hot and have a funny smell.

Rooms are ok, but the staff is below poor: they don't have the answers to the simpliest questions. The breakfast was supposed to be until 10.30, but before 10 they told us they were going to close the buffet. On behalf of the next day, they didn't know what time they will close the breakfast. Last night we had to go to the supermarket to get decent food for our kids. Being a tourism professional myself, this hotel doesn't provide anything but a terrible guest experience with absolutely no desire to ever return.

This hotel is completely rundown. It’s not clean and it’s absolutely disgusting. Upon coming into my room. The AC was not working and I’ve been told to wait. I’ve waited 45 minutes and it’s still not working. I pulled down the bedsheets and the bed is filthy, dirty, covered in dirt and hair. The rugs are filthy. the bathroom is gross.

Difficult to find real fault with the hotel, we received a upgrade and the rooms was clean, bed very comfortable, shower well equipped with good shampoo etc. Restaurant and bar was good. But… looks like a 5 year old was responsible for CUTTING IN the paint work in the bed room. Breakfast was good but limited. Could not find any English programs on the TV not even the news. To summarise for a one night stop it was fine. Staff were very helpful

Our flight was canceled so United sent a bus to take us here for the night. The staff was friendly enough but the room is disgusting. My husband and I had to share one bath towel, there were stains all over the walls and floors, and the complimentary meal we got for our canceled flight was cold pasta and french fries. The photos they provide are definitely not from this hotel.

This is a lovely clean and very modern hotel. We got to stay her due to our flight being delayed. Staff were helpful. Breakfast and food options were very good. There was a mini fridge in the room and tea making facilities. The only issue I had was that they did not have family rooms.

Forced to stay here by United Airlines bc flight from Naples was canceled. Place is under renovations and is below the standard of even a Motel 6 in the USA. Carpet disgusting dirty. Dead fly in restaurant glass. Should not be open until renovations are completed!
