設施可以，環境也不錯。服務很到位，有求必應。就是晚上隔音措施太差，服務枱的電話鈴聲始終在響起，影響睡眠質量。

If you was a decent cheap hotel a 10 minute drive from the airport then this is perfect okay taxi is expensive but we expect this in a tourist time of Napoli. The receptionist Gennaro is funny, warm and welcoming and maybe the best thing about the hotel. A couple of complimentary drinks went a long way and was very grateful for him Just what is needed after a long day travelling. Hotel can be a bit loud but with it being so close to thr airport you have people leaving at different times once settled the bed is comfy the room isn't too hot

The hotel is situated 7 kilometers from the airport, but taking a taxi might cost you 35 euros for a 5-minute ride, which is exorbitantly high. Naples itself is described as dirty and unpleasant, arguably the worst place in Italy. The hotel is only advisable if you have a car and need a place to spend the night. Expect neither pleasure nor comfort from your stay.

Very bad service, especially the clerk on the name Genaro - doesn’t try to help or support, but opposite - to help others to stole the money from the guests of the hotel. I had very unpleasant experience with this hotel. Don’t come here if you don’t like to spoil your opinion about Italy!

Beware. Although this purports to be an airport hotel it is in a horrible area that doesn't feel safe. The room could be described as basic at best and one of the walls was splattered with goodness knows what. We had to ask for towels to have a shower as only very small hand towels were provided. The hotel said a taxi would cost €30 to the airport the next morning, which seemed exorbitant for a 6.7km ride. However the next morning our daughter was charged €40 and 2 hrs later my husband and I were charged €50 by the unscrupulous taxi company used by (in league with?) the hotel. Avoid this place. Pay more for elsewhere, feel safe, and don't get taken for (a rip-off) ride as we were. Shame on you Luxor and shame on you private hire thieves with whom the hotel appears to be in cahoots.

Looking for an inexpensive one night stay to fly out of Naples International? Look elsewhere. Stem minute cab ride can put your budget in the hole. The desk clerk took the cabby’s side, a metered ride showing 12.50 that crosses out of Naples made the driver think he could get €36. Luxor also seems to be a “no-Tell motel”.

I was about to rate this a 3*, but the last minute hotel shuttle experience makes me go directly to 1*. To start with, as stated by others, this is NOT an airport hotel, we thought that still, a 7-8 minute drive with the shuttle should worth it, room price being acceptable for the quality provided, that’s about the only thing I give them. Problem is there is nowhere to go and eat except if you are ready to pay the ridiculous cab fares Naples has. Closest restaurant is 5 minutes by car but 1h walk unless you want to cross the highway on foot. Yes, the hotel is near the highway, so good if you have a car, but as we had a very early flight (only reason we booked this hotel) we preffered returning our rental the day before to gain time in the morning. So they have this “deal” with a certain restaurant that can deliver food at no delivery cost to the hotel where you can use the breakfast area then. That would be OK, if food would not be of very bad quality however good it looks and sounds on the online menu, the order would not be half mixed up and it wouldn’t come more than 1h after the initialy agreed time. Sugest you try Uber Eats, although as things seem to work in Napoli I wouldn’t bet on that either. Coming to my last point, taxis in Naples are all total ripoffs. No driver was willing to go by the meter, and they are clearly aligned. On the other hand we did not dare trying public transport the way it looked and the early hour, anyway would have taken almost an hour to get to the airport. So we agreed to book the hotel shuttle for the ridiculous amount of 30 EUR, for a 7 minute drive. First of all, shuttle came 10 minutes late then casualy informed us that the ride is in fact 40 EUR. When I addressed this with the hotel, the clerk and driver went into this well rehearsed opera, clerk blaming it on his evening shift colleague, driver on the hotel…so fake. Being 5:30 in the morning and already late, clearly we had no chance to win but at least I hope this review will help others.

Stay away!!! If you still go - minimize your expectations. Hotel by the hour - not for tourists or business people. The cleaning of the hotel seems to be done rarely. In the shower there is mold on the ceiling. It is strange to call what is served in the morning - breakfast. If you are coming from NAP airport - a taxi will cost 30-40 euros one way. The only reason I gave 1 star - the receptionist smiled when I arrived.
