POSITIVE. 1. Very well trained staff. No one lost control of the situation when suddenly receiving 150 PAX due to a TURKISH AIRLINES plane grounded. (The airline’s behavior was disappointing!) Politeness is NOT a Venezuelan characteristic now a days. However, I found it all over in this hotel: restaurant, fitness center. Congratulations to HR!!! 2. WIFI. Performs well. 3.NICE POOL! Pleasant view of the sea, but you need a car to visit anything “interesting” outside the hotel. 5. ROOMS. Generous space, bathrooms in original state - a bit outdated. CAN IMPROVE 1. ACOUSTICS. European two-star hotel standard: doors slam, noisy ventilation, I could hear next door TV. In addition, I received the first room next to the elevators. A true disgrace worth USD 196.
