We recently stayed at Elizabeth Hotel as a family and had a generally pleasant experience. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates, they were clean and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was definitely a highlight – simple yet delicious and filling, with enough variety to suit everyone. The hotel is also very family-friendly and offers great affordability, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, it’s a decent option for families looking for comfort and value, despite the slightly older facilities.

The hotel place in located within the busy Cebu City Metropolis accessible to major Malls, Banks, Food outlets and other hotel buildings. You can feel the vibrant City life when you step out of your room especially during the prime hours of the night. Although quite a bit old, the facade of the hotel is clean. Some unpleasant odor of cleansing solution in the floor facade during my check-in date. Overall, the hotel stay is good.

Was able to check in hour before 2pm coz we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks to the management. My daughter loves the place

I booked with breakfast. My flight was early in the morning. Usually the breakfast start at 6am. But I requested a breakfast takeaway because 6am should be late. The manager said that the breakfast time would open at 5.30am and it was not necessarily a takeaway because I could enjoy the breakfast. I went to the place and it's still closed. I lost the breakfast, I didn't receive a takeaway and I paid for that. I do not recommend this Hotel. The electric plugs are different and if you don't have an adapter, the hotel will sell to you one.

"I arrived earlier than expected, having booked an early flight after a night shift without sleep. However, they accommodated me and provided an early check-in free of charge, which I truly appreciated since I was exhausted. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff, especially at the reception, were exceptionally nice. I also loved their breakfast buffet – the food was amazing! This hotel is definitely one of the best in the city center, conveniently close to all establishments."

Very good hotel near the Ayala mall!

The rooms are old and needs repair. Like the nails from the carpet are protruding and the tiles at the bathroom moves thus it’s smelly cuz maybe the water are stored in the leaks. The room smells old wood also.

Welike it there. So accessible and the foods are great! 😊 we've been staying there for many times already and we love it!

Very good hotel I would definitely stay again the room was clean with a good bed well made with good air-conditioning,the bathroom had a good shower and facilities.we spent 2 days here and would happily stay again.The breakfast was was a buffet and was very good.

Convenient, clean and near to ayala shopping centre. Opp will be a small coffee shop corner that opens 24hrs. Breakfast is good and different menu everyday.
