I definitely enjoyed a fantastic stay at your hotel. My room was exceptionally clean and spacious, offering a stunning view that made my trip even more enjoyable. Beyond the comfortable accommodations, the staff were consistently efficient and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The location is great 5 mins walk to Grand Indonesia and 7 mins to MRT Dukuh Atas and Airport Link Station (Sudirman BNI) The breakfast is good with superb view from 90floor. The staff is attentive. I had the best bubur ayam there. The tea option if from TWG. And the breakfast ala cart menu changes daily. More variety. My room is ay 86 floor. With 2 view. River and city view (city not so much there is another building blocking the view) but the river wiew of which the bed is facing just spectacular. Esp at night.

Had a great stay over at this new hotel Pan Pacific. Was greeted by the concierge warmly and the staff are all helpful. The room was clean and comfortable! Equipments at the gym is good too!

Good experience overall, the hotel itself is a bit small but good quality, good quality for breakfast as well. The vibes are nice and clean, although my bed sheets smell a bit weird. Service was good since they immediately change the sheets for us. Loved their amenities it’s very high quality( shampoo, soap, ect). Would recommend for the price.

Very great experience! Just a little feedback for improvement: the breakfast service can be improved by having more waiters, and the speed of serving the à la carte menu can be enhanced. Overall 9 / 10.

First time visiting Jakarta, Pan Pacific really catered to everything i wanted. The breakfast was pretty good. Stayed at the Junior Suite for 1 night. It came with a powder room too, enjoyed the room to the fullest with their Smart TV & amazing comfy beds. Club Lounge featured skyline views of the entire Jakarta Central Area. Special thanks to Juan for his help with preparation and service to make my Anniversary a special one.

Location was not very good as newly under renovation. But overall trip was fine but rooms had issue with aircon and heater. Good view however and overall still quite plesant. Breakfast was not too bad.

Give them a few weeks to settle down before going. They're not ready yet. This is my first time trying Pan Pacific, and it was a terrible experience. I have always been a fan of Pan Pacific and Parkroyal hotels. In fact, a few days ago, I was at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur, and the experience was awesome. But at this Pan Pacific, the service was terribly slow. I asked a simple question about their food, but they only returned my call after two hours! Luckily, Plaza Indonesia is nearby, so I could book some food. The food at the club is for those who are tired of 'Indonesia.' It's too westernized. There should be more options. As for the room, I am deeply disappointed as their TV couldn't connect with my phone, so there wasn't much entertainment. I called twice to ask, but they were unsure about it and didn't bother to come to the room to check. I went down to the counter and told them I was going out and wanted the TV fixed when I returned. Unfortunately, it was still the same. I ended up watching from my iPad. Even the radio/speaker wasn't working. Additionally, I was promised a free gift but couldn't figure out what it was. Then again, they just opened, so I can't blame them entirely. I just think they're not ready yet for customers. To be fair, some areas they did well: - The shower experience was really good. - I requested a birthday setup, and they were able to cater with banners and a cake, nicely presented. - Club facilities such as gym, swimming and steam room were great as well I wanted to return to Pan Pacific tomorrow but had to cancel the plan. I hope Parkroyal Service Suites will be better tomorrow.

Opened very recently at June 1st 2024, have similiar skyscraper stay feels like Park Hyatt. There are some mosquitoes in the cabinet that goes out after being opened. But overall breakfast is really good quality, amenities are top quality, and overall experience is great. I think Agora Mall is opening soon in the same building or something.

A pleasant staycation experiences at Pan Pacific Jakarta! The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend to book the Club Access room to enjoy the fullest stay experience. Don't forget to pay a visit to Pacific Club at 90th Floor to see Jakarta from another perspective. Kudos to the staff who assist and helping me during stay, especially for the staff at Pacific Club ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
