It's terrible. Toilet water leaking. Bed too soft, towel and bedsheet.. Etc are dirty with all old dirt marking on it. I can't believe it's under Accor Group management

Sorry, it was just really terrible. It started with excessive perfume odor in the lobby and the lift. The room cleanness was not adequate. The toilet seats had permanent yellow stains. The curtain didn’t open. I can go on. The location was quiet in a dusty area which I understand has not much to do with the hotel. Breakfast was just not good. The fried was dry like a wood. The sausage wS discolored and hardened too. Just don’t place a few hours old food items, please the kitchen guys. I am saying all this not to badmouth but just to help. Hope the Ibis upper management will do something. Otherwise, it was a killer-negative reputation for me for all Ibis style hotels all around the world. Will not stay again. Just consider if spending $28 a night is more important. I had to book my second night at another hotel in Jakarta which was a great decision and just didn’t bother about refund. Buy comfort and safetyness over budget, guys.

Good budget hotel. Soft comfortable bed, rather clean, good service. All staffs are cheerful smiling and helpful. Breakfast buffet is mostly of local cuisine, but you may find something to eat. Pastry and fruits seemed most tasty to me. Located not far from main tourist attractions, so convenient to go tgere by taxi/indrive/grab. Good value for the money.

Helpful friendly staff very responsive to requests for assistance. Room where I stayed in was of reasonable adequate size. Location seems a bit isolated from what's going on in the city. Only 2 places to get food, the hotel restaurant and Mcdonald next door. Other places accessible only using public or hired transport.

The location is very central and convenient. Friendly staff. Many food places nearby. Room is reasonably priced for a nice and comfortable room. I always stay at Ibis Harmoni when I am in Jakarta.

The hotel is located on perfect location, the middle of City, near the mall and attraction.
The service is really nice and welcome, check in is not wait to longer and the room is homey and clean, but there is only one think should to improve in the future, the room service is not checked the liquid bodysoap on the bathroom. Yesterday i already wet with shower and when i want to use the soap, unfortunately there is empty.
Oh ya btw , thanks for the service and the great experience on this hotel.
