Excellent stay as we were down from Scotland for the Manchester City match. Comfy bed and good location on the bus route to the Etihad. Very quiet and a great nights sleep despite the hotel being very full. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were really really helpful. Will stay again.

We have stayed at a good few Premier Inns across the country now and this was by far and away the best one yet. The location, the building itself and the free parking put us in a great frame of mind upon arrival. Free magazines in reception followed by an easy check-in was good. The separated pub over the road is a massive improvement on the usual Beefeater attached to a lot of Premier Inns. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

Stayed here for 4 Nights as Visiting Family in Oldham, we have Stayed Here Before many Times we like the Location as there is a Good Indian Restaurant Down the Road, however this Time we Found Our Room to Have a Very Musty Smell to it, the Hotel is Used by a Lot of Contractors, the Other Downside was the Wi Fi was Not Working in the Room for the Whole of Our Stay However it Did Work in the Restaurant.

Stayed here while sorting out mums funeral and house , they were so helpful at such a sad time , special mentions to the manager she was so kind and thoughtful and to Ryan who is an asset to your company , chatty helpful cheery sorted out an extra room at very short notice, like all premier inns you get what you pay for but here it was made even better by all the staff 👍👍 Thank you all

I can’t thank Ryan and all the amazing staff at both the hotel and the restaurant for their hard work in making our stay an easy one following a family funeral. The buffet was so good and the staff made us all feel extremely welcome. It really did feel like a home from home, engaging with the staff as if we’d known them for years. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and look forward to a return visit very soon. Thank you.

We have been staying at the Broadway Premier Inn for over 25 years. It is an ideal place to stay for a stop over or as a base to explore Machester.

Clean and comfortable, great value. However what made me write this view is the great customer service and care. I had problems with the airline who lost my luggage and then delivered the wrong luggage, Ryan at the hotel, was a great help, and made a stressful situation for me much easier. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I will happily recommend this hotel to others.

The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep immediately (which never happens to me). The staff were friendly and welcoming, the guy at the night time on reception was great as he made me laugh and feel welcomed during my stay.

Premier Inns are of a certain standard but if there's a prize for the best managed we'd nominate this one. Friendly, extremely prompt service, clean as usual and the breakfast experience excellent -- cereals etc always kept full (we were there 4 days). Friendly.
