Star Garden Hotel (IFS Guojin Center Pozi Street Branch)

I have book Cyberpunk room because I want Cyberpunk theme and console game However, on the date of arrival reception say that this room was not available and does not tell us why. She refused to give us the room and change the room to another one that I didn’t want so I ask her to change to the pool room but she refused and ask me to pay for extra. In addition, the room she give us is not good compared to the Cyberpunk and very dirty full of dust and some insect. On the check out date the time of check out is 12:00 at 11:40 their was a staff trying to open the door without permission I told them that I’m going out please wait there is no manner for staff here I recommend the one who read this review to book another hotel (this one likely a service apartment not hotel because it is located in the complex tower) In conclusion, this is the worst experience of hotel I ever had !!!

Convenient location and great place

this hotel has one of the best customer service. We greatly appreciated the staff who went out of their way to help us even at 4AM in the morning when we faced an incident in the streets. They physically came down to meet us and help us with translations and communicating with the other party, without which our experience in Changsha would have been much worse. Besides that, the room was very clean and well maintained, very comfortable to live in! We will come back again on our next visit to Changsha
