Propriedades Holiday Inn em Chengdu

I’d love to share the final stop of my New Year staycation at Holiday Inn Chengdu, located right in the heart of Chengdu. I truly enjoyed my stay—the room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel amenities were practical and well-prepared, making everything easy and convenient. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a great service mind. Even with the language difference, communication was not a problem at all—we simply used the Google Translate app whenever needed. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful—I loved everything! And of course, I already trust the Holiday Inn brand, so it made the experience even more enjoyable. A lovely and relaxing way to end my New Year getaway ✨

Disappointing stay because (1) contrary to my booking, the reception assigned a smoking room to me without telling me. It was only after I tried to sleep that the noxious smells got to me and I realised I was in a smoking room and had to request for a change, (2) throughout my stay 25 to 30 October 2024, the air-conditioning system for all the rooms was down, and the two small windows had to be opened to let in the outside air. Housekeeping was kind enough to bring in portable unit for my room after they noticed my discomfort. There was absolutely no notice or explanation from the hotel. Unacceptable.

Room was great. Breakfast spread was good. Combination of local and western. They have coffee machine that provides for takeaway, convenient for the on-the-go. Located at the outer 3.5 ring from centre of Chengdu. We stayed here for 1 night before heading north west.

The receptionist, Rya Jiang was one of the nicest hotel people I have ever met. They checked us in despite our arrival in the morning and even upgraded us on top of that! Furthermore, during our stay we had a problem with the mobile battery rental, and they were quick to respond to our queries about it, which was very reassuring. They were waiting for us at the front desk until late at night. We received a welcome drink in the lobby on the ground floor and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The service was as good as you would expect from the IHG Group. I would definitely stay here again in Chengdu!

初次入住成都秦皇假日酒店體驗超棒！位置便利，近西博城與地鐵，出行省心 。酒店房間寬敞乾淨、床品舒適，隔音好，落地窗視野開闊。特別表揚👍前台小姐姐Hebe服務熱情高效，服務周到，而且辦理入住相當快捷。早餐中西兼顧、種類豐富。細節貼心，性價比高，商務出差非常合適，下次來成都還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

Holiday Inn Xindu Chengdu is a comfortable place to stay. There is Starbucks and KFC nearby plus a wide range of restaurants within walking distance. The room is well-maintained and clean. The only downside is not near to a subway/metro station.
