A new hotel tastefully designed. Close enough to the metro and convenient to get to most tourist destinations. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from hotel staff. Very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very new and clean and the beds are super comfortable! The train is right outside so it’s very easy to move around and there are multiple restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this new hotel to all travelers to Chengdu.

It is a smart hotel. Room is spacious and as described. Good location. 500m fro Shu Feng Ya Yun opera house. The only complaint is the smoke smell on the pillows and in the room. I wish guests are respectful to others for not smoking in the room.

This is a very good hotel. It is clean and located near kuan zai xiangzi and subway.

The location, food and services were amazing! Great hotel for families to explore Chengdu as it is very near metro station. 宽窄巷子 and 文化公园 is only 10 mins walk away. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety (pastry, noodles, rice, different meat and vegetables). Hotel also prepared breakfast for us to bring along our trip when we had to leave before the breakfast timing.This was really a thoughtful act. Room and toilets were clean and we enjoyed the room with daily housekeeping. We will come back to this hotel in our next Chengdu trip. Highly recommend to visitors to Chengdu

It's a hidden gem in the alley of bustling downtown Chengdu. Hotel has all the features and hospitality you needed. Room is spacious, decorated with details. Self service laundrymat is definitely a bonus and they've an attentive housekeeping team. Thank you for the collection and help throughout our stay. A must stay for international travellers. 谢谢。

As a family of 5 from overseas and first time in Chengdu, I always looking for Cleaniness, Hygiene,Safety and Pricing. For this hotel, I am fully satisafied as it met all my requirements. I think the management and staff have outdone themselves and it deserved my appreciate to give them a good review and feedback.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The location is within walking distance from the train station. The cleaner was kind enough with my laundry. The receptionists were helpful with my requests.

Great hotel with great location and overall helpful and friendly staff! The hotel itself is brandnew, free parking directly in front. Rooms were super comfortable and spacy. Overall nothing to complain - would choose it again for another Chengdu visit.

酒店有種世外桃源的感覺，從小巷進去，豁然開朗，中式庭院非常精緻。位置也非常方便，離地鐵站也就兩三百米，走路就可以去寬窄巷。 酒店很新，房間的的各種配置很貼心，設施是智能化，外賣有機器人送到房間，既安全又方便。 管家服務也超級好，因為有小孩，幫忙配了小童拖鞋和牙刷，還換了矮一點的枕頭。18選3的特色小吃很好吃，但除了第一天，其他三天都沒時間去吃，管家還送了早餐給我們。這是我住過最舒心的一家酒店了！

一家五口出行，訂了兩間房，酒店環境很好，有停車位，地理位置方便，出門就是地鐵，對面吃飯也很方便，小馮小趙兩位管家服務貼心，送了早餐還升級了親子房。房間裏電視可以投屏，床很大，帶孩子長者非常適合。

2024新酒店，設施完善，位置很好，離地鐵口500米，去寬窄巷子走路就10幾分鐘，坐地鐵2站到太古裏，吃喝玩都很方便！酒店服務很好，房間寬敞明亮，以愛瑪橙為主色很温馨，坐便是智能的，很舒服，早餐下午茶是免費的，餐品很全，很好吃，推薦大家！

我和父母三個成人入住的一個房間，有隔斷和推拉門很方便舒適。每個服務人員態度都非常好，見面都會微笑着主動打招呼，就連離店都會幫着拿行李。每天保潔大姐都認真做清潔，水不夠還會多給幾瓶。在洗衣房遇見服務人員，主動告知可以不用等，旁邊有便利貼寫好房間號貼在洗衣機上，有空了會把洗好的衣物送過去。 因為是比較新的酒店，設施都挺新的，健身房，洗衣房都不錯。房間智能化的控制窗簾燈光和空調都挺方便，煮水壺是即熱的那種，避免了衞生隱患是好的方面，缺點是衹能用瓶裝水量比較少，父母習慣喝熱水，帶個大保温壺，每天出門前裝熱水要用好幾瓶水，大保温瓶還得一直拿着。衞生間是智能馬桶每天給一次性馬桶套。洗澡水壓力很足，花灑温度很好，頂噴就有點忽冷忽熱，不知道是不是個別房間的問題，父母喜歡用花灑所以的對我們來説就沒啥影響。不知道是周圍房間沒入住還是隔音好，沒有聽到任何聲音，只是樓上衞生間用水會有明顯的聲音。 早餐還不錯，種類沒有特別多，味道都還可以，熱菜和蒸品每天會有幾個變化的。切片吐司有配多士爐可以加熱，牛角麪包是常温的，小甜點有三四種。盒裝酸奶，冷熱牛奶，咖啡，豆漿都還不錯。下午茶不用預訂，到了有樣子可以選擇，然後會加熱送來，這個口味一般，沒有茶水，只有檸檬水和熱水。 我們連住三天，每天公交地鐵出行挺方便。我們很愉快，父母對酒店很滿意。只是榻榻米的房間如果再有個換鞋凳就好了，榻榻米是挺低的，年紀大的坐上起來會吃力，衣櫃那可以坐不過掛了衣服也不太方便坐。父母就把旅行箱打開放那了。 希望店家可以繼續維持現在的服務，有機會還是想再入住的。
