Fraser Place Chengdu

From downtown it's bit far.. But around the south chengdu it's at the one of the finest location... Near by have global mall, big park.,as you know chengdu roads in south are so clean.. Its even cleaner than some people houses.... Hotel provides basic room yet too big 45m2..equipped with fridge, washing machine, NEspresso machine, indoor swimming, sauna and steam... 41st floor breakfast area has 360 view of chengdu city.... 5 star rating... And of course very friendly staff.. Especially Ms Allen she really helped me through getting packages and courier.... Awesome see you all soon next month

It was a pleasant stay at Fraser Place Chengdu! The serviced apartment/hotel is extremely new and modern. We were also thrilled to find this Singapore property in Chengdu, so it was truly a home away from home. I have a young toddler aged 24MO & elderly parents above 70YO during our stay and we loved our stay here. Prices are reasonable (with Trip.com perks & a panda coupon, each room was only S$65/night with 1 breakfast/room). We were able to get a free upgrade to the Studio Executive Rooms. The hotel/apartment has everything that we needed from a bathtub, washing machine+dryer (available for all rooms) etc. Our other one-bedroom apartment was also upgraded to an executive apartment and it came with a fully furnished kitchenette. Some noteworthy details (+ 👍🏻): - Breakfast selection was petite but decent, but not fantastic. The view from the breakfast place at Level 41 makes up for it. - The hotel was able to provide a baby cot for our 24MO toddler for the 1-bedroom apartment. Out of all the international hotels that we stayed in our 2-week trip, this baby cot was one of the best. Our toddler slept well. - Fraser Place Chengdu is located very near SKP (a luxury underground mall with a bamboo-inspired water feature on ground level). Only less than 12 mins away by Didi. Cons (- 👎🏻) - As this hotel located within the high tech zone in Wuhou district, it was hard to find affordable food options or supermarkets. It also takes at least 30 mins to get to popular places of attraction such as KuanZhai Alley by Didi. - Service by the concierge/bellboys was lacking. - There is no drop-off point as the access road to the entrance is blocked off with flower pots (no explanation given). Our drivers could only drop us off at the main road. This proves to be a great challenge as my elderly father was on a wheelchair and we also had a lot of luggages with us. Even when we asked the concierge for assistance, they made no offer to shift the flower pots or assist us with the luggages.

Excellent stay! Facilities are clean, neat and beautiful. Units are spacious with high quality finishes. Our unit was on the 31st floor and had the most beautiful view overlooking the city. The location is an arm’s length from all of the major attractions. Front desk staff was friendly and sufficient. Check in barely took 5 minutes! AI brings packages and room service to your door - phenomenal! I will most definitely be back!

Excellent front desk service and porter was very helpful n diligent. Breakfast staffs were also very attentive n friendly too. Good quality hotel fixtures n room is big, clean n spacious. Panoramic view from room too. Great location if u wanna be near Global Centre n SKP. Lotsa parks n green spaces around.

It has a good location and a peaceful environment. The interior is very detailed and classy with a panoramic view of the dining hall and gym. It was super clean and organized. I think because it was quite new, too. I super enjoyed the breakfast, they offer a lot of good and healthy options. They gym was super nice which I really enjoyed the most. The swimming pool wasn’t yet open but I sneaked in and saw it was also amazing. I can’t wait to book again and enjoy their pool. I also enjoyed their bathtub which made my stay quite relaxing. I just had a problem with the pillow. It was too high, I didn’t use it and made my sleep uncomfortable. The hotel said they will replace it for the guests to have a better stay. Definitely recommend this hotel, cheap and worth it. They also gave me free soft drinks and toiletries.

We only started staying in the 2 bedroom suite on the second day of our trip. The room is really spacious and well designed. Love that there are drying and washing machine in the room for anyone who would need to do their laundry during their trip/ long stay.

The room is clean and spacious, you can also cook and do laundry in the room. The staffs Mrs Mia and Kelsey are friendly and helpful.

Great for family stay. Away from city and 40 mins to the Pandas. Highly recommended

My Chinese is not that good and the receptionist, Sherry, helped me with some translation with my courier service. I was very happy that the staff there are so helpful in time of needs. Thank you Sherry and team. Will definitely come back again if I'm in town.
