Extremely please with our stay at ISEYA. Staff went beyond our expectations helping us to liaise with some delivery and the location is extremely convenient, train station entrance just below, and mins walk to IFS and Taikoo Li. Room was clean and space is sufficient.

location was amazing, we were right by the 3D building. amenities were great. i had issues with my luggage handle and xiao xu was an awesome help! he dismantled and had it fixed in a jiffy even though it was his first time fixing one. also, special mention to xiao guan jia lei lei for her service in helping us throughout our stay

The housekeepers went above and beyond, ensuring that my room was always spotless and comfortable. Most of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. The location is super convenient, with easy access to local attractions, and the view from the loft is just beautiful. I was only going to stay for two nights but ended up staying for a few extra nights because I enjoyed it so much. The attention to detail and the high standard of service truly made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a five-star experience!

The hotel is located in the city which makes travel easy. You can walk around as most malls are within walking distance.

Hotel location was very convenient and easily accessible. Room was new, clean and lovely, even though we would have preferred the air conditioning to be slightly colder. Overall a pleasant stay, highly recommended! :)

The location was good. Lots of eateries around and near IFS mall as well as Metro. The only thing is the air cond is centralized by the building so you don't get to control your own temperature. Other than that, the service was nice..
