Clean and accessible facility. Kind and attentive staff. However there is a wait period to check in when they are busy which can be not unusual in the evenings.

Second time staying at GRT hotel (T Nagar). Location is very convenient and the services which they provided are good. Overall, I had a safe and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

No complaints in terms services. Will recommend this hotel for anyone coming into Chennai

One of a great hotels in Chennai. 10 mins away from shopping and restaurant by taxi. Staffs from the entrance, to the front desk, the waiters/waitress together with the house keeping staffs and not forgetting the technicians they were all super friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and nice. Overall we had a great stay and will surely stay here again for our next visit to Chennai.

The hotel was nearby the bazaars and it had a good ambience. I really enjoyed the spa

My stay was very good. GRT Grand has always been the place to go to when in Chennai. The staff there are very professional and pleasant. Lakshmanan, the door *** is so friendly and helpful. Other staff members like, Johnson, Praveen and Lakshmi gave me suggestions on where to shop and what's nice to do in Chennai. Ashish, checked me in diligently. Poulamani, too. She accompanied me to my room and ensured I was comfortable. Abu, Rajan and Selvan in the F&B side, provided excellent service at every meal in the hotel.

Breakfast was good, staff very polite, humble and courteous. Room was clean.

The hotel was overall good. Location excellent. The food was ok. Staff were friendly. Checking in and checkout wad a breeze.. shopping was very close by. Got beauty and spa facilities. Saving time.

Grand Chennai by GRT is strategic location if you are looking for a place in centre of town. Pondi Baazar is walking distance. We a had a good stay overall.

The housekeeping staff were accommodative and ensured that I had all the amenities for my stay. The chef always checked and wished me during breakfast and recommended several dishes to try. The reception staff and staff at the travel service were accommodative to the changes in flight schedule and were pleasant . I also indulged in a Spa session and it was out of the world. All my body pains were dealt with and was eased into a state of rest. It was a wonderful experience and the all the staff at GRT made my trip an enjoyable and memorable one.

Service and the staffs were v friendly and helpful. Especially the staffs from the breakfast corner . V pleasant and welcoming . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there too . The staff who was v friendly and helpful is also seen in the photo below .

Amazing hotel with top notch service. Great central location and lovely breakfast buffet. Will visit again :)
