Dear team, Greetings The hotel was really bad in following terms : Date : 31.10.2024/Thursday. HOTEL : Sand Silver Business Hotel Room no. : 203 A. Staff not responsive. I had traveled by train from mumbai to chennai for almost 23 hrs. I had to wait at the reception for 10 min as the reception guy was not able to connect to bell boy who was suppose to direct me to room B. I did late check in and called hotel for the same. When I asked the reception guy where can I have my dinner or any thing to eat , he said with heavy heart that he don't know you check it go left from hotel and find your self. C. I even asked can I get bisleri ( package drinking water ) ..he said bluntly NO..nor he said that some one to get for me from outside. D. The bathroom was stinking .. Not cleaned..no hot water for bath ( I had asked hotel guy he said no..then he sends some one to my room 203 with electric heater..and say do it.. I denied as I had to go early to tirupati from there. So early morning at 4.00 am I had to take bath with cold water. E. There were mosquitoes in the room for I complaint the attendant , but no response. Got bitten by mosquitoes 4 to 5 times.. F. Inter com was not working, and the phone was only for show piece. I had to call the reception from my mobile to connect to reception. G. The bet sheet and the pillow cover were not washed and had a typical bad smell. Even the blanket to pull over while sleeping was stinking. H. The lift was not working and I had to walk 2 floors to get into my room with my luggage on my own. They said there is a current in the lift. Also when I left the room, the staircase lights were closed and had to walk down in dark to come to hotel reception, where all 3 staffs were sleeping. The experience was really bad as from there I had to go to tirupati for darshan. Bad experience. Need a refund Sheykhar Petkar
