Fast and good service

Its was mentioned in the booking as free early checkin in available. Even-though there were a vacant room. The front desk executive mr. Mervin denied to give me room. I was travel-ling 6 to 7 hours. I reached the hotel around 4. 30am and he asked me to stay in the reception until 8am. Last time when i stayed in the same hotel. I was allowed without nay extra charge. And this time he asked me extra charge

Cleanliness and breakfast is okay, overall average stay compared to high price. Not good experience at checkout

The hotel has the basic cleanliness and is cozy. The room service is also prompt. Room size is small but good enough for a business stay. The food quality, taste and spread is also quite good

Well maintained property. Efficient and courteous staff. Value for money property. A bit more attention required on the quality/condition of towels and linens.

The staff at reception need to be more punctual in their duty. The rooms are like any other 3 star facility only. Restaurant food is goid. The breakfast spread needs improvement. The bathroom do not have a dryer. The house keeping staff are very good. Since there are no other3 star hotel nearby had to extend stay by 2 more days. The stink of cigarette & beer in the first floor corridor is really nasty.

Self ***** with wife & son reached hotel at 10pm. There was no one at the entrance. After taking our our luggage we walked to the reception. There was no one there for 5 minutes. Then i approached the restaurant opposite to reception. The *** at the counter called someone on mobile & then the reception staff appeared. The guy never looked at my face while collecting id's returning them & also giving the room key. I felt as if he is upset that we are there. The dinner at restaurant is good. The house keeping staff are very courteous. The in room dining needs improvement.

I have very good experience here. Room are small but cozy and comfortable. Food in restaurant is good and tasty. They maintain good variety in morning break-fast. Hotel staff is very supportive and nice. Overall value for money.

We recently stayed at kalyan grand hotel for a night. It's on the gst road with good connectivity. Pricing for rooms and food was very reasonable. All basic amenities were present and room was clean. The staff were attentive and well mannered. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. For lunch we opted for ala carte menu ( buffet and room service was also available. Overall good experience, budget friendly.

It is always good to stay here, i am coming from last 4 years here, even if you are coming with your family
