Comfortable stay at this city hotel while we attended a conference in Radiology at Chennai city centre It was convenient room though not very sophisticated. They cleaned the room everyday and provided us with enough water and fairly stuff Restaurant was very reasonable good quality food even delivered to the room very fast at our request

I with my family stayed at Mount Manor, Chennai in November 2015. I had booked the hotel thru' Makemytrip and Airport Pickup and Drop and Breakfast were offered complimentary. The understanding was that I could cancel the booking at free of cost about two days prior to the date of booking. I had discussed my pickup requirements with the front desk about seven days prior to the booking date and was advised that I should send them a email detailing my plans so that they do not miss anything. On reaching Chennai Airport, when I contacted the hotel for pickup arrangements, I was informed that they have stopped pickup from Airport since a couple of days. When I enquired as to why this was not informed to me by telephone / email - they did not have any answer. THE SO CALLED COMPLIMENTARY PICKUP WAS NOT PROVIDED, NOR REFUNDED. When I checked into the Hotel - the rooms was having bad Odour. Especially the toilet shaft was smelling very bad. The attached toilet cum bathroom is highly cramped. Since I was to leave the hotel at around 0530 I requested for packed breakfast (which was also supposed to be complementary). I was informed that the breakfast commences at 0730 hrs only and they even refused some bread and butter or tea in lieu of the breakfast. They offered tea on chargeable basis!!!!

I stayed in this hotel only for 5 hrs with my very old parents. Really pathetic place to stay.This hotel is very near to airport, so its easy to be cheated.The main issue is the ROOM. Bathroom is not cleaned, full of dirt,Close set is dirty,Full of mosquitoes,Bed sheet is not clean,Ac will be cut off all the time,Not even on switch is working, Fan regulator not working, so it will work only in 5,My parents had really tough time.Only good thing was, we asked tea by night 1 am and we got good TEA.Not parking area.Pathetic place to stay.

booked a standard AC Room The bed is not comfy old bed faded sheets and liners but clean. TV is too too small size of computer monitor like 10 inch Bathroom is superb dirty with broken tiles and no shower Ordered food it was below average The only advantage airport is near and they have free pick up and drop Morning buffet the staffs are not energetic most of them interested in even greeting
