Just right next to the historic gate wall, great location. Just bit expensive to pay for the on site carpark.

Check in was easy, really helpful and friendly receptionist. Apartment was brilliant , really fantastic concept to have cooking facilities. Amazing shower, comfy bed Added bonus of complimentary hot drinks from machine in reception Croissants available in the morning Would recommend Roomzz

Great place to stay, rooms are excellent with a wide range of amenities. Nice and spacious, clean. Great location. Easy to park although limited spaces. Lovely room overlooking the racecourse.

Receptionist was pleasant on arrival, telling us about local things to do and places to see. Rooms were nice and appreciated the airconditioning! Parking is abit annoying but there is a parking lot around the corner where you can park.

Great hotel! Small apartments with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy and clean beds. Easy walk to the city and next to the race course. The staff were friendly and welcoming, we will be coming back with our dogs! Thank you!

Spacious room in perfect location. Have never been in a Roomzzz before but will definitely book again as facilities are perfect as can cook easily in the comfort of your own room. We stayed in Chester late winter and found that it is such a nice small city to stay in with lots to do whatever the weather!

we stayed 20-27 Dec: ＞＞＞the good - warm bathroom floor, daytime reception lady's service attitude (the ex-nurse), aircon, downstairs quiet seating area, coffee and croissants in morning, blackout curtains, windows/view of racecourse ＞＞＞the bad - booking error by Roomzzz - they cancelled the wrong dates when i made a change (although compensated us with upgrade thank you), no free parking (and the ringgo app forced us to pay GBP15 for 24 hours for only part-day parking), we had to remind staff about room cleaning twice, the night receptionist was not customer-friendly and also was constantly listened to loud TV on speaker, the bed sheets had some stains on when we checked in see pic.

Lovely fully equipped apartment. Was surprised to see such a gem just 5 mins away from the city centre. Endless supply of coffee, hot chocolate and water from the reception, and fresh Croissant provided for breakfast. This can be for long or short stays as it has all required kitchen equipment. The air conditioner works really well, iron, ironing board, a safe for keeping items, and multiple wall socket points. Parking is £10 overnight and wifi with good strength. A study/work table is also available . Truly loved it and can't wait to stay here again

An ideal location within walking distance to Chester City Old Town, Chester Castle and Chester Cathedral. Overall lovely apartment with the view of Chester City Wall and sunset over the Racecourse. Special mention of Aisha, friendly and helpful front-office officer, she made our stay a truly memorable experience.

Excellent location and just one minute walk from the central city centre; fab room service even with a kitchen as a great surprise; very friendly staff. Toiletries are of high quality and from the White Company brand. Really comfortable shower. The only thing is parking seems quite expensive to be £15 a day offered by a 3rd party company only rather than the hotel. Will return again for sure

Treat for my daughter and partner to see a show in Chester. They loved the convenience, modern studio room, 24hr hot drinks and comfy room with amenities. Only negative was that breakfast croissants were a bit dry!!

Well positioned, friendly attentive staff. Rooms clean and large enough with plenty of amenities. Will return.
