We booked a suite with incredible views onto the Chongqing skyline. Room was as described in the photos online. Large and spacious, perfect for our needs.

The loft room is huge and well-equipped. For this low price and spectacular location, there is nothing to complain. The only confusing thing is that the room actually belongs to Ashan Hotel but that is subcontracted. Check in is at 21st Floor, you will see the reception, go to the right one as there are several hotels sharing the same reception floor.

The location was the best, very close to Hongya cave and other main attractions. Raffles city is just opposite to the hotel. The view is very nice. Good service and neat rooms.

The positive: location is very good, some of the metro and attractions. Rooms are big with nice view. The bad: lighting control is awkward and random. The switch for toilet turns on all lights in the 2 story room. The powered curtain is also hard to control. The worst: toilets, both of them, downstairs and upstairs, have the same issues. The automated lid and cover are so annoying and act randomly, they may close while you are still peeing (for guys), so your urine ends up spraying them. Even worse, the flushing water jet is so powerful that water (with your waste) spill out of the toilet bowl onto you and the floor everytime you use it. We had to unplug the power line before we use and manually lower the lid and cover before plugging it in to flush after use. What a pain in the butt, literally. Because of these problems, I would not go back nor recommend this hotel.

By far, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Chongqing. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room perfectly cool, which was a huge relief after a day out in the city. The amenities were also top-notch, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. From the comfortable bed to the well-stocked bathroom, everything was thoughtfully provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing—it's a fantastic place to stay!

Very good view of the hotel and best rated for its location. However, it is located in the same building with many other hotels - will have one room from one hotel and next door with rooms but owned by another hotel. Good facilities with nice TV and room facilities - except some bad smell and overly sensitive detector in water flushing

traffic jam is an issue but the overall is very good for business traveller

房間的樓層，朝向，位置這些都是非常滿意的，屋內設施也很齊全，唯一一點點小瑕疵，就是樓下的電視不支持投屏，節目又都是付費的，基本沒什麼可以看的，樓上的投影儀打開之後又是特別大特別模糊的，根本看不了，所以一晚上都沒有享受到影音巨幕的快樂。另外還有就是浴室和浴缸的水温，真的是很難調節到一個舒適的問題，輕輕往左一點就熱了，稍微往右一點又涼了，想調到一個合適的水温可真的是太考驗技術了…

前台小姐姐很熱心幫我們升級了，這家酒店服務是好的但卻有幾點缺點。第一辦入住的時候等了一會兒還告訴我們説找不到我們的訂單😥，第二衞生不行馬上反饋也立刻處理了，可惜也處理得不好，管理層應該注意。雖然酒店覺得不好意思送了我們一天的早餐，可惜我還是得直説是對這家酒店有點失望，不但同一座樓有十多家酒店更是周圍的環境很吵，一大早就聽到車聲，批發市場人們的聲音比我之前在解放碑住的酒店差遠了
