Stayed here to attend a wedding that was being held at the hotel, all in all happy with rooms and service but to be honest there are better options that have better breakfast and rooms for a better price, if it wasn’t for the wedding I wouldn’t stay here again

stayed 1 night for business trip. stayed in 707. everything was good. the only minus point was the internet signal is always on & off. i thought maybe the room is far out on the corner of the building, so maybe the internet signal couldnt reach our room properly. bf was good. continental + indonesian food mostly. good job novotel. would stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel. Highly recommended. Staff very fast service especially name Fiola. She is very nice. Location strategy and cleanest environment. Will repeat again to this hotel

The hotel was going through renovation works. I asked for non smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Even the corridor smelled of smoke. When I increased the fan speed of the aircon, the smoke smell intensified. I had a hard time trying to sleep. The toilet flush was faulty and continued flushing.
The hotel prides itself as an environmentally friendly establishment but when asked to borrow cutleries, the staff informed that they do not loan such items. These practices will encourage guests to use disposables.
Breakfast spread was average. Tried to call staff for assistance with luggage for check out but line was busy for 10 min. Brought down luggage on my own for check out.

Facilities are quite old but there is good maintain. Room is cleaning and staffs have good service.
