Abby was a great hostess, catering for all our needs. Jake did really well with the food, making really tasty stuff! Thanks team. David made us feel just at home and we had a good laugh with all. Overall a wonderful time out. Will recommend and look forward to another stay in the future.

Stayed here whilst visiting a client in Bradford as part of a 3 day tour of the UK. Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to go the extra mile whilst at the hotel. I found out that I’d left my AirPods at the hotel today and nothing was too much for Sharon on reception to help reunite me with them. A great ambassador for the company! Thanks so so much!

Abby deserves a pay rise, overworked understaffed but was still professional, helpful and always cracked a smile and could have a laugh. Stayed at the hotel and used the restaurant multiple visits and she’s stood out for all the best reasons.

Abby has been fantastic the last 2 times we have been here for work, she's been understaffed and rushed off her feet and you can see the stress but she's persevered and remained professional and made our meal experience the best it could be...

Premier Inn Bradford South Hotel is ok........BUT BEWARE of parking fines from ParkMaven company. We wrote our car reg when signing in at reception. We were not told that there was a key pad machine that we should also update with our car reg. Four weeks later we received a £100 parking fine. This was such a shock. We spoke with Premier Bradford and they have agreed to get this cancelled with ParkMaven. The hotel SHOULD ALWAYS make guests aware of this rather than causing worry and stress to guests.

Great staff. Made a short visit very pleasant. Very clean and adequate for what we required. The girls on reception and the girls in the restaurant (Abby and Debbie) were helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were particularly good being friendly, helpful and efficient . Thank you for a good visit!

To start with one of the cooks in the restaurant was rubbish food took 2 hours to arrive the other chef the food was amazing all staff was 5 star but one staff stood out as she went the extra mile is abby . If it wasn't for abbie and the staff I would have rated the visit 2 star

I visited Cleckheaton for business purpose for the first time and lodged for a night in Premier Inn south. The reception was top-notch, all staffs were very nice especially Abby and Debby rendering amazing service at the restaurant. Bed was super comfy and room service was great.
