It was a business travel and I checked in on 21st and checked out on 22nd Nov. Had booked a suite and was assigned room 308. The shower mixer handle was broken, room corridor light was also broken, a couple of mosquitoes in the room and basic amenities missing like toilet paper. When I asked for a room change at 7:30 pm, they said the hotel is fully booked. On my return from dinner at 9:30 pm, they could not fix the issues resulted in me demanding a room change at 10:30 pm and was allotted another room. The point is that there is very poor quality control and rooms are old and with niggling issues. These need to be checked and serviced before guest check in rather than after. On the positives, the restaurant and pub is very good. Reception staff did their best to resolve the issues and took the feedback seriously.
