Hotel Turan Prince - Ex Sentido Turan Prince

On arrival during October half term following a delayed flight we are allocated a different room due to ‘technical issues’ which I presume was an overbooking as previous reviews have stated we were given 2 separate rooms for a family of 4 for the night with no apology. Flight was delayed so arrived at 9pm no food on offer until 11pm so kids hungry and tired. All signs around hotels for food times or locations wrong and being served elsewhere. Temporary Room had no locking balcony doors on ground floor level, broken key card slot, run down. Changed rooms next day- had to pack up and move all luggage ourselves with no apology for inconvenience. Booked by independent travel agent- she complained to management via email as had confirmed before our arrival all was ready for us- they eventually gave a bottle of wine (free at the bar) and an a la carte meal (also free as end of season) Activities around the hotel difficult to book and booked up by same families so unable to use. Very few English speaking families around and staff given priority for food. Most miserable staff I have ever seen at a resort - very unwilling to solve problems unless they will get money for it. Visited in October half term- beautiful weather but freezing pool waters- most people stayed at the beach all day as sea water warmer. Food very monotonous. - la carte restaurants plain menus with limited options. Cocktails tasted like water and different each day despite same cocktail unless you paid for nicer ones at the Vitamin Bar. Hotel surrounded by markets which was nice to wonder but constant hassling and if you were not going to buy at that stall staff became rude especially it seemed to English guests. Wifi signal terrible throughout the hotel - ended up downloading e sims to receive messages as signal not strong enough even in reception. Walkways between the hotels were slippery slopes. One of the worst all inclusive hotels we have been to as a family, sadly would never return or recommend it to others despite the photos it is not as it seems! When we tried to speak to the staff to discuss our issues they were not bothered and gave no apologies

Firstly, the hotel itself is amazing. Spacious rooms, well equipped, very clean and the staff have been very helpful. There is plenty of seating round the pool bar and sunbeds round the pool so you don't get the typical morning sunbed fight that you get in most hotels. Where the hotel lets itself down is with the food. The 3 a la carte restaurants were open one day each within the 1 week of our stay. We managed to get a table in the Turkish restaurant which was incredibly underwhelming (we left before the dessert course due to the wait between courses and empty plates being left on the table til the waiter decided to come clear them). The main buffet style restaurant was very hit and miss. For a supposed 5* you would at least expect a bit of rotation in options but apart from one Italian themed evening, you should expect the same dishes day in, day out. The evening entertainment again was very hit and miss. Some of the amphitheatre shows were good but the pool bar entertainment was poor and mainly aimed at German and russian tourists. Outside of the hotels control but would give it a miss if you're a British tourist due to insanely rude German families who have zero concept of a queue and happily stand breathing down your neck at all points of the day. Bit of a let down as the hotel could have been amazing. Definitely not 5*.

We went to hotel together with friends, it was amazing. The staff were super nice and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious. There were many activities, always something to do. We spent very fun and remembering days in hotel. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great! Villa room was very beautiful, clean and peaceful! There was a lot of activities during the day and evening, a lot of shows and music at the club was super! Food, drinks everything was great! Definitely recommend for families and friends! 🌞

1. Rooms: unpretending construction, dirty, sh#t 2. Pools: not bad 3. Food: every day same sh#t! 4. Bech: not bad 5. Staff: normal nothing extra Never again! We were 2 family with 4 children in turkey. My wife and My friend were 2 days in Hospital because of food poisoning. Fortunately we have insurance for this situation. The hospital was better quality then the hotel :) I think this is an industry againist the insurer. How can summary more MONEY! FUNNY Maybe somebody love this hotel, but I like sleep better place, I like eat better foods, when I paid for something! IN HUNGARY get this place 3 stars down :) We are taken in by KARTHAGO tours! What a wonderful hotel! The facilities are great, the room was fantastic too! We decided we wanted a nice quiet week in the sun and relax around the pool and on the beach, and even decided to pay extra to get the sea view. The sea view was exactly that and what made it even better was the view of the black restaurant roof in front of us that made sure we couldnt see the people and half of the pool in front of us. How fortunate that the hotel did this! Another huge benefit of having a sea view was that the theatre was visible, as well as the upper part of the pool area with the radio shack, and the pool bar area that had a stage, so we didnt lack for good loud entertainment during the day and especially each night. This entertainment meant that we actually spent more time awake than we expected to, and the hotel next door also helped with this as they made sure their music was heard from far away, I guess this was to ensure we didnt get anything wrong about what they were so exuberant about. There was an amazing firework display on the Friday night. We would have missed this if we had taken a garden view at the rear unless it overlooked the hotel next door. The hotel was full which didnt really worry us and was also full of young parents with very young children being looked after by the grandparent. This really made the feeding times incredibly active and was exciting trying to find a table in the restaurant. The food was good, and the drinks were enough too, and I must admit we didnt see anyone drunk out of all the people there. We had a Turkish foam massage in the hotel, and again another great massage on the second last day, well worth it. The indoor pool was not used at all, but still looked good. I guess this was because the sea was actually warmer. The beach was really good. Warm water and really good for the small children as it wasnt deep at all. We also had some small fish nip at our legs and backs so this saved us having one of those small fish foot pedicures that were available in town. The jetty was the best place and strangely enough very few people joined us and it turned out to be the best place in the resort. We were able to swim in the deeper water, and even saw at close hand the parasailing boats cruise right in front of us most of the time, and this gave us the opportunity to learn the techno music they were playing off by heart! And this was for free too! We only had one booking available for the a la carte restaurant on the Monday night and it was a Turkish night. I honestly dont know how they managed to cater for so many people with one manager and one waiter all evening. The food was interesting. I ordered the lamb shank Kebab and was absolutely delighted to find out that it came on the bone and not on a skewer, and that every English restaurant I have had a lamb shank in is actually a Kebab! The hotel is right next to a huge bazaar and fascinating to walk around at night. This is obviously the factory outlet shop
