Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond

The best hidden gem in St-Martin. Love all the units especially the Sweety and Happy cottages. Completely private with your own pool and a wonderful view. Year after year our stay is memorable. In les Balcons of Oyster Pond you have access to 3 walkable good restaurants. You may walk to Dawn beach (good workout), we strongly suggest to rent a car in order to visit all the 37 beaches on the island. Claude (Coco) will always make sure that you are having a wonderful stay. Cannot wait to return next December for another month. Absolutely love this place ❤️❤️

We chose this place base on TripAdvisor but I think it is very overrated. It is Les crowded location but there is not much in walking distance. There are few restaurants and small grocery store. You definitely need a car . Coralita Beach near by is full of garbage and broken glass and Dawn beach is not in walking distance. This beach is very overcrowded next to big resort . The beach is less than average . There are very nice beaches on the island but about 30min driving distance. For that reason , it was not a good location. Our room was nice and you have everything you need for kitchen and bathroom. We had a large deck with small pool. The issue is that you are near water and there is so much mosquitoes in morning and evening that you really cannot enjoy the outdoor. The kitchen was also outdoor so we got like 100 mosquito bites just trying to make coffee in the morning. The pool was nice during the day. There was a palm tree by pool and it was full of ants and bugs. The leaves and bark were falling from tree into pool . The water in pool was dirty because of that. Overall we had positive stay but we would not return.

The wife and I have been coming to the island for six years. Les Balcones was recommended by a couple we met on Orient Beach. We could not have been happier with our experience! The location is the perfect place to stay (rent a car). We were minutes from Orient and Grand Case. Close to grocery stores. Supreme privacy and the view was breathtaking. The only comment we had...the bed mattress was very firm. Other than that the stay was perfect. Claude was the perfect host. She responded to every question we had and was more than accommodating. If privacy. beautiful views and location is important, you MUST stay at Les Balcones. Oh. did I mention it was very affordable? We will definitely be staying at Les Balcones in the future!! Thanks Claude!!

We stayed here for 4 days and couldn’t have been happier. They are so helpful and the space is epic. All you could need to enjoy your stay Plates utensils and all the works. Def will be back here to stay. Looking forward to seeing it again. And plenty of restaurants in the area.

A key part of any vacation is the place you stay and the people you meet. Les Balcons ticked both those boxes for us! Claude, Carine and David gave us a warm island welcome and were so helpful with transportation, dinner suggestions, activities and much more! Their beautiful private cottage was our perfect escape to paradise with a relaxing pool, comfy bed and ideal location for touring the island. Whether you soak up sun on St. Martin's gorgeous beaches, hike the rain forest or enjoy a tantalizing variety of shopping and dining, Les Balcons is the perfect spot from which to explore this Carribean oasis!

A fantastic experience. The room was perfect with a astonishing view. you can cook or make a barbeque wich makes it a bit like home. The pool is really awesome at night. The staf is very helpful and nice. I recommend this place highly.
