If cameras or monitors are found to have been disabled/tampered or manipulated a $500 fee will be assessed per item . -No mail or package deliveries to the address: There is no mailbox available to guests. -Guest agrees that if there are any maintenance / repairs / cleanings that must be completed during the stay, guest will allow entry into unit by host or designated staff -Please respect the neighborhood. Ring Day Weekend Super cute and clean place - confusion with door code which actually turned out to be a lockbox with a different code - other than that minor hiccup - super lovely place would certainly stay there again

Overnight Stay Great location and excellent accommodations. Loved the decor and there was plenty of room. Rooms were so clean. Thanks for supplying plenty of coffee and cream. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely will come back to watch Aggie Football games. Only 15 min away from Kyle Field and close to son’s graduation ceremony. Will recommend this place to family and friends. Go Gig Em

Texas State 7 on 7 Tournament After a long hot day playing 7 on 7 at Veterans Park this was a great place for us to stay close by with all the kids in one place instead of 10 different hotel rooms.
