First time in 20 years to ever write a review. I travel frequently and almost always choose Marriott properties. We attempted to check in a bit early last weekend. It's always 50/50 whether a room is open so we though we would check. Tyler, the women behind the desk was the single handedly rudest Marriott staff person I have ever met in 20 years. We were so horrified by her rudeness and lack of any sort of professionalism, we turned around, cancelled our stay, booked another Marriott property at a higher rate (Renaissance, down the road), and had an exceptional experience in a terrific hotel. I beg you, if you read any reviews, do not stay here. I also called Marriott to formally lodge a complaint.
