Staffs are very accommodating and never fail to greet the guests.

Location of this hotel was not convenient. Staff was eager to help but falls short due to ignorance. Everyone was nice enough though and tried their best. Front desk was very helpful in booking excursions and answering questions professionally. Cleanliness was average. The whole room smelled of sewer and I did not get the feeling sanitation was priority. The food was astonishingly mediocre at best. Left over dinner items were used for breakfast the next day. I had to eat breakfast at the hotel simply due to convenience but only stuck with eggs, toast and the somewhat fresh fruits. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again and would pay more to be centrally located in the future

現在接機一個人要350p.送機又要一個人350p感覺有點坑，小孩也算！以前去住過接送機是免費的！

非常喜歡這裏，早餐以及餐廳的食物也很好吃哦 服務人員態度很好，酒店還有接機送機服務，非常方便，而且可以看到夕陽餘暉

非常好，實惠，游泳池很漂亮，也很乾凈，客人很少，很乾凈，價格也便宜，房間很乾凈，建議居住首選

設施比較老舊，房間小，幾乎無採光，洗手間很小。游泳池邊上的木地板基本上都是翹起來的，不小心要摔**，還試過停電幾次，毛巾舊且硬，性價比不高。

差勁的酒店！千萬不要來定！真的從來沒有住過這種黑店！ 我明明退房的時候，已經刷卡付錢。銀行也的確扣款，這個破酒店前台卻堅持説自己沒收到錢；我沒有辦法，衹能聯繫我的銀行去確認這筆交易，銀行告知需要2周左右才能給回覆。這個酒店就跟瘋了一樣，天天20個騷擾電話打，要我再付一次錢！更誇張的是，他們酒店在科隆機場攔截我，我是一個人，真的要被嚇死！還報警讓警察來！（我跟警察解釋，警察沒有攔我）我都要瘋了，導致我差點沒有趕上飛機！他們還威脅我，讓我不能離開菲律賓！

Hotel confortável à beira-mar. Passamos algumas noites neste hotel durante nossa visita a Coron. Os quartos são muito bem isolados e o ar condicionado os torna muito confortáveis. A piscina fica do lado do mar. O hotel está localizado no cais, então nadar no mar não é aconselhável. Eles têm um restaurante no nível do lobby. Jantamos uma noite lá e adoramos. Recomendado

Not Recommended – Disappointing Stay We do not recommend this property for several reasons: The staff and management were unhelpful, especially during times when we needed assistance the most. Customer service was severely lacking. The rates are quite pricey compared to what you actually get in terms of service and amenities. The location is too far from the town center, making it inconvenient if you want to dine at other restaurants or explore the area. You’ll need to take a ride to get anywhere. The hotel itself looks outdated and in need of renovation. It doesn’t live up to the expectations set by its pricing. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and we wouldn’t stay ever here again.
