In the vicinity of the sandy beach is located the hotel RIU PALACE AQUARELLE. The city centre is around 6 km away. The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard. The only thing I had to sleep with my husband separately the bed was small and the workers were friendly

I checked in a couple days from home before traveling. When I reach the hotel it was 12:30 in the afternoon. I was told to wait because my room wasn't ready and that check in isn't until 3pm anyway. Okay, I went back to the service desk at 3pm and was told again to wait 30 more minutes. At this point, I just wanted to go to my room and take a shower from my long travel. After pressing them at the service desk I finally spoke to someone who found me a room that I was very pleased with. The hotel is beautiful, modern setting, I liked the food everything except my initial encounter at the service desk. My only suggestion is maybe bump up house keeping. Cause it looked like every room in the hotel is constantly occupied and not enough staff in house keeping department to clean as people check out. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely return.

The hotel was wonderful! Great food and such a beautiful place overall. Gorgeous beach and pool areas. Everything was quite pleasing to the eye. Had a few minor issues, such as finding a staple in my food. And someone taking our beach towels that were on a chair with our sun screen and box of cigarettes. Not sure if that was staff or someone else. But aside from that, the hotel was very lovely!

Our visit was short as we only went for the weekend. However we sure did enjoy every moment of our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted and welcome by The courteous security officers by the gate. Another one was waiting by the entrance to the lobby to assist us with parking. Upon entering the lobby we were given refreshment while we waited to be checked in. For the bar lovers, there’s a bar almost everywhere from the lobby to the pools and even a mini bar in the room. My favorite was the Marley pool bar and the 24 hour snack bar.. the bartenders were very attentive and entertaining. There are several private restaurants there for which you can make dinner reservation but my husband I decided to have our meals at the White bay buffet which was awesome by the way. The meals were great , the service superb and we had a wide range of options to choose from. The nightly entertainment was also amazing. They had the kids sessions first and then there was the adult entertainment . Last but by no means least. On the night of my birthday which is also my wedding anniversary, we went back to the room to find a little surprise of cake and champaigne which we greatly appreciate. Our stay was amazing from arrival to departure. Next time We hope to stay longer.

I took my friend to Jamaica for her birthday, it was her first time to Jamaica. She and I was so pleased and well entertained by the Hotel Staffs. I didn’t have to take her outside of the facility to try any other dishes, the food and the entertainment was amazing. I definitely would encourage my family members and friends and visit that hotel again. The hotel should invest in transportation to and from the airports.. Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2024..

We had a great time at Riu Palace Aquarelle. Service was great in every restaurant and bar. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is the resort I visited that had the most animation. The entertainment team is great and full of talent. The only negative I have experienced is the very loud music during the beach party. Our room was pool view and the sound was very loud until 1 am. Our family that had a room on a different side of the hotel did not hear the party at all. Minor inconvinience considering the great week we had.

The hotel was amazing. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it. The staff, the shows, the food and the rooms were all 5 stars for me and my family. The steakhouse was the best one we had in all the RIU's. Bring some water shoes because there are lots of rocks in the sea.

My overall experience was very good morning customer service, good food, entertainment . However I was expecting a tub in the bathroom and not a shower only. I enjoyed every minute of my time and will definitely be visiting again very soon too.
