The reservation system of this hotel, when changes or modifications are made, does not refer to the reservation numbers initially assigned. So when we did a change in dates in some rooms it applied by mistake to another one that remained empty for three nights without anyone informing us about it. Firstly, the reservation of that particular room was extended without us requesting it, secondly, when the person checked out, they took back the room key and no one was informed that the room would remain empty the following 3 nights. and when we wanted to clarify the situation we came across a quasi “director” named Nicolo Bagna who, with notable incompetence and a rude attitude, did not allow us to explain what happened, and all he limited himself to say was that he believed on what his reservations people told him. It should be said that between the 4 rooms we were in this hotel we spent around 25 nights. A super trip spoiled by Nicole Bagna, the Hotel La Perla Director that doesn’t care about losing customers. .
