Great little place to stay. Cleaned every day and the staff are so friendly. Food at the bar is fantastic. The rooms are a great size and WiFi is good. Close to beach and 15 minutes to Siam . Close to night life but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend

Just back from 14 nights here we stayed in room 64 which was perfect. The hotel is positioned in an excellent position for bars, restaurants, the beach etc. Very quiet apart from the odd drunk ****** in the early hours with absolutely no consideration for guests. The reception staff, pool bar staff are all very polite and friendly and anything you wanted or needed they were extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with a great rain shower , towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. ( We did see a few dreaded cockroaches but there is spray in the room). No fault of the hotel you're on a volcanic island. The Brasserie restaurant attached we were very unsure to try as some reviews were bad but we thought we'd give it a go. Absolutely great for steaks, pork and lamb chops but the pasta wasn't great. It appears a lot of the negative reviews are not this particular restaurant but another with the same name. We found it very good like I say for meat dishes but avoid pasta. Overall we had a great holiday but this has absolutely no reflection on the hotel but please, please be aware that the whole resort is rife with underground pickpockets, they are everywhere. We were targeted and had been very careful but obviously these are professional pickpockets. We physically stopped 3 elderly couples from being another target but it put a total dampener on our holiday. This has no reflection like I say on the hotel but it has put us off returning to this island.

We booked this 10 day break two days before travel,we were delighted with the self catering apartment, it's beautifully clean and very comfortable,comfy beds lovely shower,English television channels if you want to watch some TV. The only minus is there are a lot of steps to the apartments,and until I read the reviews l didn't know about until after l booked so because my husband is not good with climbing steps,l rung the reception on Tenerife and a charming girl said don't worry we can give you an apartment with just a few steps which they have,we are currently here. We have a lovely balcony with a sea view.If you come have a great holiday

Arrived 26th November 2024 . Reception very welcoming fast check in. Room spacious spotless. Top floor good view out to the sea. Every thing in the room you need for self catering. Bathroom clean shower with sliding door. Good lighting as no windows. Bedroom comfy bed good size wardrobes. Pool area spotless, pool bar good choice good prices for food. Hotel own restaurant out side excellent food is delicious. Very friendly atmosphere. Area quiet. This a hidden Gem. No traffic noise from bedroom side in the morning. We had problems with the toaster reported it and replaced quickly. Ceiling Fans in the room are good for night time also in kitchen/ living room. Over all we are very happy. Shops just round the corner big supermarket. Small Shop over the road too. The Night owl is great places to go. Local pubs near by. What we love about this is quietness of this resort. There is loads of steps it’s like a Labyrinth. Toilets down stairs in the pool area spotless. Staff very friendly. Breakfast freshly made. Overall happy.

Found this resort a gem. Room's large and clean. Well managed and looked after. Pool bar drinks and food service excellent. The guys do everything for you. Stayed self-catering as plenty of bars and restaurants local. 200 meters to the sea. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Will return asap.

Another amazing stay for us here at these wonderful apartments. Location is excellent. 2 minutes walk to the beach with so many shops and fabulous restaurants close by. Our apartment 61 was huge. Lovely comfortable beds and immaculately clean. Overlooking the pool with a lovely balcony. A nice pool bar serving great food and drinks and very reasonably priced. All the staff are friendly and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. It was my birthday while we were here and they left a bottle of wine in the apartment for me. So kind of them to do this. Not ideal for those with disabilities though due to the steps. We have had a great stay and already booked again for next year.

We had researched before booking so knew what to expect. Having done the all inclusive in big hotels to death we decided to go small and friendly and we were really happy with our experience here. Location is fantastic, rooms have everything you need. Yes no air con but we knew this and in October this was no problem for us. Pool clean, pool bar and reception super friendly staff. The only downside was the noise from the other bigger hotels - but this just made us value Parque hotel more.

Just leaving here after a weeks stay and we don’t want to leave. Can’t fault to apartments. Fresh towels daily. Clean rooms. Pool area is great and the bar is fantastic. Reasonable prices foods nice too. Pool times 9:30-6:30 staff are friendly and helpful. We were in a room at the back so we hired a key for 10 euros which is refundable so you can enter via the back to miss out the steps. Rooms don’t have air con but the ceiling fans were enough and the temp was high to early 30s. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing and we ate here most nights. There’s another one in adeje but this one was nicer. Spar shop a stones throw away and a fund grube next door for all your perfumes etc.

Definitely can’t say nothing with this hotel me and girlfriend stayed here for 10 night and we loved it the rooms were very spacious room and very clean the staff were very helpful and it’s in a great location I would definitely recommend this hotel

Absoloutely brilliant hotel , a real hidden gem! Centrally situated and so close to the beach. The staff were amazing...so friendly and accommadating especially the reception staff. We have been back for six days and have booked to go back!

Good hotel but wouldn’t return. Loads of steps. We did pay a deposit of €10 for a side gate which helped for suitcases but this was still a good walk from the hotel. The room had no air conditioning which should be in every room, found it very had to sleep as the apartment was just too hot. We did rent out a fan for €30 but it didn’t make much of a difference, I personally think air conditioning should be provided for everyone. The room was very clean and the location was brilliant. Not too far from the strip and very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly. My reason for not returning is just down to the rooms having no air conditioning and the amount of steps we had to take from our room to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel was lovely. Ate here most mornings and nights, the only bad thing I would say about the restaurant is that it took the staff a long time to give the bill and take the money, understandable when busy but the most times we were there it was quite. Food was 10 out of 10.

Lovely hotel , rooms very large , ours had 2 large balconies , good walk in shower with powerful shower head , nice cutlery and glasses in the clean tidy kitchen . Fantastic pool side bar , very reasonable prices with welcoming staff . The pool was a good temperature during our stay . Never had to fight to get a sun lounger .The hotel has a street side restaurant attached ( The Brassiere ) the food is fantastic , wood fired Pizzas , huge Burgers & Steaks along with Pasta dishes , again reasonable prices . A nice bar outside the hotel for a drink is the Berlin , its along the sea front set above the restaurants , very welcoming owners & staff serving quality German beer . Another good place for breakfast / lunch is the Heads & Tails bar , vast menu covering most food choices , good portions sizes as well . Only 3 negative points for the hotel . Our room was only cleaned once in the 7 days we stayed , if you have mobility issues you need to ensure you request a ground floor apartment as there are many steps to the other ones , lastly it would be helpful if the hotel laundrette converted the washing machines to a token system as its can be quite difficult to get the correct coins to operate them .We will go back again overall it is a lovely hotel in a quiet location , near to the sea front . (PS) Not really a hotel for children , no kids pool , no inflatables in the pool , no amenities

We arrived 29th August and was greeted by a friendly member of staff from the resturant that pointed us to the reception...where we were again greeted by a friendly member on the reception. The hotel is exceptionally clean...the apartment we had was amazing! The pool is kept extremely clean and there is a lifeguard...and the pool side bar and staff are very friendly and the food is lovely! There are some stairs upto lots of apartments and no lifts...so if you do have mobility issues then do contact the hotel beforehand and explain and they will do their very best to accommodate your needs...but not a guarantee... Our apartment was on the ground floor...number 73 and WOW!! You could quite easily live there! There is no air con...but that was no issue for us as we were very happy with the ceiling fans... We cannot fault this hotel at all... We WILL definitely recommend to family and friends and we will go back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Upon arrival after requesting a low floor we were given a floor which had a ridiculous amount of steps to find it. Having seen those located on the low floors, most seemed to be young groups of girls or boys. Upon our first night we were nect to a group of youngens who thought it was great to shout and scream until all hours of the morning. Tried to ring reception but no answer so spoke to them the next day. Although the apartments are clean and spacious and the reception staff were lovely I would NEVER return to these apartments. No balls allowed in the pool, no inflatables allowed in the pool, no jumping allowed in the pool. Everything the children did the life guard would tell them NO. There was one lifeguard who allowed the children to use balls sensibly which was great as my little girl is not loud or silly and just wanted to play pass with myself or her dad. One of the lifeguards continuously fell asleep, god forbid something happened whilst this happened. Really not a family apartment more for older couples.
