Had a great stay at this Residence Inn. Our unit was very spacious for our family. Breakfast every morning was an excellent selection. This property is in a nice quite location that is close to many nearby places and attractions. Would stay here again.

We’re a party of 6, 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Love the set up of the loft style for the 6 of us. Full size fridge and stove and everything is provided. Breakfast of hot food and waffle machines made our morning easier. Managed to do bbq dinner and plenty of place to sit outside. Definitely will be back staying here if we’re ever in the area

Always a great stay! Staff really friendly and good convenient breakfast. Good for families. The parking is really easy. There is a great gym on site and basketball court. Great for families staying since there is a good amount of space in the rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel several weeks over the past 6 months for business and have been very happy with it. The staff at the hotel is amazing, especially the evening crew of Efrain and Delon. These two always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the room location and all of my requests are met. Absolutely fantastic staff at this hotel. The hotel has great courtyards for relaxing in the evening and provides grills to cookout if staying for longer periods.

WORST MARRIOTT IVE EVER STAYED AT:( room cleaned 1 time in 7 days (multiple times I called very nicely. They said they were coming but never did), keys did not work from the very beginning of our stay and then continued to fail throughout (I kept it away from my phone so as to not demagnetize) It got so frustrating to not have working keys. Because they didn't clean I called needing towels etc. but requests ignored. They said they'd bring them right up but literally never did) From day one we never had any soap, shampoo etc We finally went to purchase our own because they didn't bring or come clean. This place is old and run down, I could handle the old and musty smells if the service was better. I have NEVER left comments but I feel obligated to warm future customers. (And I'm aware that the service is every other day and a tidy up...but NOTHING was done and with a family of 5 and paying a lot of money...it's unacceptable) I will say the maintenance workers were extremely helpful and kind!!!! MARRIOTT I've stayed with you hundred of times...if I was a manager/owner etc I would want to be aware of this and take action.

It's a terrific place to feel like you are at home. The townhome feel plus the dog park make it easy to stay several days. The pool area and the sport court for basketball were love by my kids. Jose the manager was really wonderful hearing us out about issues we had and he responded quickly and fairly. The only concern we had was a dead rat in the middle of the dog park which my dog bit into. Hoping he didn't pick up a disease.

I stayed at this property because it was part of the Marriott family of hotels and I have always had a good experience in the past at other destinations. The room I was given was at the opposite end of the Reception and I didn't feel safe coming back late at night. The second night that I came back there was no parking near my room so I had to walk alone and when I got to my room the key did not work. I had to go all the back to the front. Carmella at the front desk was very kind and agreed that she would not designate the room I was given to a single woman traveller. She made me a new key and had security walk me back. On night three same thing happened to me. Carmella made me two keys and again had security walk me all the way back to my room. The first The key did not work and then the second key did. I will never again stay at a residence Inn.

Our daughter and her husband gave us a Marriott gift card for a free night here as a treat and we had a wonderful get-away! First of all, I want to say that I hate reading reviews to determine where we are going to stay. There are the 5-star reviews written by the hotel or those affiliated with it pretending to be guests. Then there are the 1-star reviews written by the competition or disgruntled guests. It can be hard to sort out the legitimate reviews. Anyways we stay at a lot of hotels (mainly Best Western style that include a hot breakfast) so I want to just write a straight forward review of our opinion of our stay last night here. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. The front desk woman was very nice and courteous. We arrived a bit before the official “check-in time”. She said she was going to give us a room near the front of the hotel but none were ready yet. She did have one near the rear that was ready that she could give us now if we didn’t mind. We accepted it. It was quite a way back but still easy walking distance to the pool/hot tub and breakfast room. I was a bit worried that we might hear road noise (the toll road is right next to hotel). Our room, the entire time was very quiet and there were no issues with traffic noise or noisy guests. The room was a “king studio” which was very roomy and included a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, breakfast table & chairs, etc. (we talked to one guest who said she had been here for a whole year: I think it’s used by some people having work done on their home who had to move out, etc. so a number of long term residents). We had a common area near our room that had a ping pong table we actually enjoyed using. By the lobby there was a basketball court (maybe usable for pickleball?) pretty good-sized pool and a little hot tub (5 people maximum). We enjoyed the hot tub at night. The temperature was nice and hot. My only minor complaint is that it didn’t have the power water sprayers with the bubbles they usually have, just mild hot water sprayers. But we enjoyed it with 2 other ladies. They also have a 24/7 exercise room that we did not use. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked fine (we usually just use our HDMI cable and plug in my laptop and watch whatever we want on our own Netflix/Disney/Hulu, etc). The wifi speed was fine for streaming our Netflix. One funny thing was that I could get everything working but when I adjusted the setting on my laptop for the sound, it did go to the TV but you could not adjust the volume so I had to use my blue tooth to direct the sound to my JBL speaker I had with me. I could have just had the sound come from my laptop speakers but they are not that loud. The breakfast was one of the best! We usually stay at Best Western hotels and know what to expect with hot sausage, eggs, etc. but here they had it all even a waffle maker with available strawberry topping and whip cream.
