Hicimos una reserva en mayo y el hotel estaba con bastantes cosas en mantenimiento.
La habitación estaba muy bien y con todo lo necesario.
El desayuno muy completo.

Este hotel é irrepreensível. Começando no diretor que é atento às necessidades dos clientes e procura manter o hotel em elevados padrões de qualidade, passando pelos funcionários sem exceção, sobretudo dos restaurantes (exemplo: Juan Carlos, Montse, Gema, Marcel entre outros). A equipa de animação, dirigida por Atílio, é de topo: este Diretor de Animação planeia as semanas ao pormenor para que nunca faltem atividades. Assim, proporcionam momentos de grande diversão aos hóspedes, quer sejam crianças, quer sejam adultos! Atílio Baccinelo acaba por ser uma peça importante para o sucesso do hotel! Higiene impecável!

Este hotel é perfeito para passar férias em família. A higiene, a qualidade da comida, a simpatia dos funcionários e a extraordinária equipa de animação liberada superiormente pelo Atílio. Excelentes shows feitos para crianças e também para adultos com a participação de todos.

Families take over everything! Couples feel overwhelmed and overlooked! We did not have a nice ex pero ende this time! Noisy room ( 360) We were kicked out of the couples buffet twice and we saw kids in the only adults pool. A bit too much. We will not come back in a while !

Concerning being surrounded by children and families, I kindly inform you that, as we are a family hotel, it is complicated to find spaces where children are not found. But we have also adults-only facilities, such as our swimming pool and the buffet, where children are not allowed to access; looking for the calm and comfort of the guests who prefer this kind of facilities. On the other hand, the acces to the adults-only buffet is subject to the availability of tables. We would recommend you to have breakfast there at around 9:30am, and to dine at around 21:00pm or after 22:00pm; which are the least overcrowded timings. FOOD POISONING and horrible customer service 1. I got severely food poisoned at the buffet. 2. There is mole in the bedrooms and bathrooms 3. The pools are not properly cleaned, leading to significant amounts of black algae. 4. Possibly bed bugs in the hotel - we have all been bitten by something during night at least Despite medical confirmation and pictures, the hotel manager denied all responsibility and said that it was “his business ethics to prove clients wrong”. When we asked for compensation for the extra night we were forced to stay in the room while I vomited he threatened that he would have the police arrest our family if we didn’t pay in full immediately. Horrible experience. Stay clear. Nice beach but unbelievably bad experience at a “4 star” hotel. Stay away if you care for your health.

My husband and I have just returned from a three night break at this disappointing hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the facilities were poor. The swimming pool was open from 12:00 noon to 6:30pm. This was unacceptable as we enjoy a morning swim. Pool/beach towels could only be hired for €15 from the spa whose opening hours were 11:00- 7:00. The spa cost €28. We were told that parking would incur an additional cost of €20/day. Of the many restaurants listed only the buffet was open for breakfast and dinner (no lunchtime offerings!) Breakfast was chaotic with only one egg/pancake chef available and lengthy queues. The food/drink options for breakfast were acceptable, if a little bland in taste, and the food was not piping hot. Dinner was mediocre. We only had one dinner, preferring to drive some distance to get a good meal. There were no room service options. When my husband mentioned the lack of food available the receptionist told him they didn’t care about their customers!! He has written to the hotel detailing this!The rooms did have a minibar which had drinks and a Kitkat. I am disabled and had my walking seat stolen from reception when we were checking in. The staff were most unhelpful when I told them. I would not recommend this hotel.

What the price of the parking is concerned, we kindly offer parking spaces at our indoor parking at the price of 12€ a day, subject to availability upon arrival. Should you not want to pay extra charge for the parking service, it is also possible to park your vehicle for free nearby the area where the hotel is located. Facilities very limited in the 'off' season, ie from October. This is not made clear on the website, which is misleading. Just one of the food outlets available, a buffet dinner at €25. Swimming pool only open for a few hours in the afternoon. Limited parking, unless you want to pay additional €20 a day (website quotes €12.00).

Wonderful evening at the Elba Costa Ballena Resort! Staff was amazing and very supportive of our group function. Highly recommend the Barrosa room for get togethers and private events. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the room layout accommodated all our needs to make a memorable experience. Cannot say enough about the attentive and friendly service. Thank you for the memories. Will be back again.

For the most part this was a great stay. Our room was immediately upgraded by the friendly front desk staff when we found that we'd been given two single beds rather than our requested double bed (fortunately we weren't there in the high season so this switch was easily possible). The room itself was still quite basic but with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. The buffet dinner and breakfast was varied and quite tasty--but, to repeat another earlier comment, a bit salty for us. We particularly enjoyed renting bikes and riding along the beautiful ocean-side bike path. The reason for the 4-star review is partially because of surprise over extra charges (the safe in the room isn't free, alcoholic drinks cost extra with dinner) but primarily because of the spa. The spa pool itself is fine, nothing particularly special, but OK. We booked a couples 'healthy back' massage, and while the young woman who gave the massage was kind, it was a huge disappointment that, for that price and for a 'couples' massage, she was alone! That meant that one of us had to just lie there with some warm gel and pad on our back while the other had a massage. Given that the hour-long 'massage' began with a 10-15 minute session in separate jacuzzi tubs, the actual massage time was about 15-20 minutes each. Not worth it.

A very enjoyable experience, all service good, staff very pleasant and engaging, nice walking paths in the area and some just back off the beach in the dunes to avoid any wind. Rooms very comfortable, well appointed. Reception friendly in dealing with any issues
